H Margaret, I had to cancel your order as you did not provide any of the personalised information (ie names and date) required to make the picture frame, as you have your mail set to go into spam and did not receive my email I had no option but to either send you a blank frame or cancel your order, hence the cancellation an I did not think you would appreciate a blank frame, thanks
CHEAP - NOTHING LUXURY ABOUT CARD!!heap,small a design a child could have…
Cheap,small a design a child could have done. 5 "x 5" so very small for a " luxury card" . NO insert paper in middle of card. The card itself was so very very thin like a cigarette packet for example. Just cheap. At least THE CARD SHOP HAVE luxury padded boxes, large cards with inserts..for half the price- however I wanted a really special memorable card for a 60th Wedding Anniversary. When the card arrived in its tacky little box I was so disappointed.
I've reached out to the Company but they ignored my emails. With this in mind I just didn't want anybody else make the mistake I did..please there's NOTHING luxury about there products.
I am flabbergasted at there alleged 5star reviews...absolutely disgraceful product and service!!!
Butterfly designs have decided to put negative things in their feedback and say my emails were "alleged" i forwarded all my emails AGAIN to Butterfly designs - just because my opinion is not what the Company wants to hear does not mean you can question my integrity as to whether I emailed the Company. Whether other customers had a 5 star experience I did not and Butterfly Desings should absorb the feedback like most professional companies and try to make sure EVERY customers experiences is 5 star!!

Thank you for your review. The A5 300gsm card is exactly as per the description and images in the listing. I’m sorry you’re not happy with your card, I have many repeat customers as you can see from the overwhelming positive feedback. All emails received were replied to within 1 hour, other alleged emails do not seem to exist. Perhaps the customer made a mistake when entering personalised details and felt this was the best way to deal with it.
