The entire process is quite long

The application to manage the shipping is awesome and easy to use. The customer service is great and always fast in response. The tracking and delivery process is also super efficient which makes the overall experience with buy&ship very pleasant. Surely will use them for more shipments in the future.

Several times in these few months, I have already shared a few posts on the Facebook BNS Group about what I bought, but I still have not received the credit rewards. I am not that very satisfied with it. I only got a small amount of credit from the Buyholic sharing profile.

The app provides more information than other services. The logistics process is clear and regularly updated.

Used the shipping service and it was hassle-free. Price is reasonable too.

Delivery and auto communication can be slow.

Slow and expensive

Made a proxy order recently from a Japanese site. Process was seamless. They confirmed they can place the order, made payment. And about a week later received it! Good job!

Not recommend

Poor experience.
Buy&Ship remains as the low cost package forwarder and proxy services in general. This comes with it's own issues, essentially you pay for what you get.

For customer support, it is essentially non-existent. Live chats left without agent or human reply for weeks, official emails completely ignored or unread. If you have an issue with purchases or deliveries, you literally cannot contact them for replies beyond its' chatbot.

For proxy and forwarding, inflated, misleading and possibly fraudulent prices. From my experience, the buy-for-you proxy service uses a form of automatic detection that often misinterprets many items as prohibited or inappropriate, which limits the items available to you. The system or human agent behind-the-scenes often charge you with an additional local delivery charge for no reason despite the seller stating that delivery is covered on their behalf.

For deliveries, delays and rough treatment.
Buy&Ship has some of the worst shipment treatment I have ever seen. Cheating out on items that are fragile, opting for plastic bags instead of boxes unless you pay for an additional price. The item delivery also takes on average 2 to 3 weeks to arrive with no option to expedite or choose supporting couriers. This process left me wondering whether my package had gone missing.

To summarize, you are paying for a service that is 50% cheaper than most proxies for the most bottom-line service ever. From fraudulent price charges on delivery to terrible consolidation, all in one package.

The sole reason for the two stars is that my package arrived with goods intact, but you might not be as lucky.

I had a very disappointing experience with Buyandship. My package was flagged for unusually high taxes, so the overseas warehouse initially refused to accept it — which I understood. I paid the high fee so their warehouse could collect my parcel, but after payment they still refused to collect it with no clear explanation. I reached out multiple times, and instead of resolving the issue internally their customer service kept shifting blame to the sender and the courier and repeatedly told me to contact them. This back-and-forth happened 3–4 times with no progress. There’s no phone number to call, responses were slow, and agents were unhelpful and evasive. It’s been 1.5 months and I still haven’t received my package (I’ve paid a total of US$100). I’d had good experiences with them before, but I will not use Buyandship EVER again.

I have been using Buy&Ship for a while now and I have submitted a Help to buy request under request no. P003147207 few months back in February 2026 during the sales period with a discount price and the pre-order item will required 2-3 months to be ship. And after close to 3 months I have wrote in again to enquire about my order and I was being informed that my order was cancelled due to there was an issue with the warehouse address.

And instead of notifying this issue few months back earlier I realize they didn’t even do any follow up with seller to resolve the address matter. Yet I have to write in to get them to check with seller.

And because of this I had experienced a huge lost of my time for 3 months of waiting without being notify by buy&ship and they only offer me a 35 credits and a full refund after I was being inform that they can’t absorb the price difference from my lost if I will to choose to reorder again.

As a customer who had put our trust in their service, I felt like they are not even taking any responsible for their mistake and they just simply wanna brush me off with a non solution offer as a service recovery.

And I also being told that there will be no further negotiations on this. I must say this is truly disappointing with customer service.

If you ever wanna use a warehouse for shipment you might wanna consider other platforms than Buy&Ship. Believe me do not put your faith in their service they will not bother to look into the issue and instead they just wanna push the blame to their customer or seller.

I have been a buyandship user for 4 years. The delivery time is a bit slow i just hope they will improve it. Other than that, I always receive my items in good condition, and customer support seems to know what they are doing as they answered all my questions.

I’ve been using Buyandship for a while now, and their shipping service has consistently been stable and dependable. Recently, I accidentally bought a prohibited item, which I know can be a hassle to deal with. However, the Buyandship Customer Service team handled it professionally and did everything they could to assist me. I really appreciate their patience and understanding. Will definitely continue using their service.

it is a scam company, the moment i paid for the item they will tell you that it is prohibited when the item is in china, you have to make an arrangement from hong kong, they will scam you for the shipping fee when nothing is shipped. Prohibited item should be returned back to seller and not ship from china to hong kong in the first place. Please do not get scam like me...go and read their review from the play store app, you will find many cases with 1 star
