I ordered a custom glass tankard, providing a small picture that I wanted engraved onto it. I emailed Buyatankard first to get advice on the suitability of the picture for the engraving process, and how it would be incorporated into the overall design.
I received an extremely prompt reply, and found them to be professional and helpful. My order was processed quickly, and delivered as described.
Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Buyatankard without reservation.

I had no idea at how many styles of tankards there are! I'm considering starting a collection! I certainly could not find the variety and quality of tankard here in Canada. Somehow your pint just tastes better in a good quality tankard!! I've already recommended the site to a few others.

The Tankard I bought for a retirement present was brilliant but the packaging was poor.
I didn't have enough time to get it sorted before it was to be presented, but just to say that the filling in the box which the Tankard laid in was not filled enough, which meant that it moved around in the gift box.

Very helpful when I asked questions pre-purchase. Delivered ahead of schedule and kept me informed the whole time. Would happily use them again and recommend to friends.

After placing our order we waited patiently for the Tankard to arrive here in California, then we waited and waited. After two weeks it arrived, we were so pleased that it arrived one day before we left for our Son's 50th Birthday. We are Ex-Pats, so it was important for us to carry on a tradition that had been in our Family.
Rachel was soooo patient with us as we tried to track the whereabouts of our prized gift, for that we Thank her.....and suggest she get a raise!!!!!

We ordered this goblet as a replacement for another goblet dear to our roommate that unfortunately fell to its death by feline callousness.

We picked the goblet (Sweet design), and our note on the order, about engraving, was replied to quite promptly. Emails on the status of the product's production were sent to us, and shipping to Canada from Scotland was mercifully short and well below the projected timeline.

The tankard arrived on the birthday of the person it was purchased for, which was a good result. The engraving was well done and the tankard looked good. The only downside was there was so much choice it took ages to choose the eventual tankard.I am very pleased with the service and the product sold.

I order four (4) of the 1+ Pint The King's Shilling Tankard--all as really great Christmas gifts. The craftsmanship is outstanding and being able to add an engraving makes for the ultimate gift. Moreover, all my beer drinking friends love history so this was the perfect Tankard. And, the icing on the cake is the fun and informative video showing how it is made.

I needed to buy a tankard for my nephew's Christening and was thrilled with the service from buyatankard.com. Both the Pewter 1/2 pint tankard I bought and the customer service were of the highest standard. The tankard came very quickly, as per my request, the engraving was very well done and it was presented beautifully in a lovely giftbox. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I saw the same product on Amazon but it was cheaper than buying it direct from the supplier....however I didn't want to purchase from Amazon due to their tax paying avoidance so I rang Buy a Tankard directly and they were able to honour the Amazon price for me when I ordered it directly from them. The tankard was then made and delivered quickly so I was very impressed with the great service provided.
