We did initially have a shipping issue where someone else's package arrived with us, however Marion at customer support was extremely helpful, actively looking into our issue, we never found the lost package but a brand new set of tumblers was sent out to us no questions asked which arrived very promptly so in the end very happy with our service!

I love my aiaiai wired headphones that I purchased, they look fabulous quality, and the concept of supplying in components is fantastic and will save having to dispose of the entire unit if just one piece fails. Delivery was exceedingly quick too.

A fantastic range of goods and found exactly what I was looking for, a gift for my daughter and her partner, a large pestle and mortar for them to make pesto in. Very heavy and hopefully will last a life time. Very fast delivery and well packaged, I will use again.

I really like these stainless steel clothes pegs. They came in minimal packaging. They are very strong and last forever. They don’t rust or leave marks on the clothes.
