I contacted Buy Me Once because the earpads of the AIAIAI headphones I purchased from Buy Me Once almost 3 years ago, had started to come apart. Right away I received a response from Tara who told me to send the earpads back to Buy Me Once and they would send me free replacements, which they did promptly. It's just so refreshing to buy a quality product and receive caliber customer service.

I didn’t receive the order but waited as the website said it may take several days to fulfill orders

It turns out that there was a problem with the Post Office holding the parcel hostage because there was extra postage to pay

This was sorted out very quickly by Buy Me Once UK and I hope to receive the package shortly

I hope to update the review when my wife comments on the quality of the product

Easy purchase, great frying pan. I had wanted to buy a good cast iron pan for some time, decided on the brand and found it any Buy Me Once. It certainly seems that this pan wil last a lifetime!

Differing products and a website that smiles!

I purchased on the 19th of July, a 750ml stainless steel from BuyMeOnce after having misplaced a waterbottle that I had previously. It arrived on the 22nd of July. I'm very pleased with my purchase, and am pleased also that I was able to help the environment in the process also!

I ordered a Suri toothbrush from Buy Me Once. It arrived quickly, but unfortunately it stopped working after a couple of weeks.
Buy Me Once liaised with Suri and came back to me with some suggestions for solving the problem. When none of those worked, the very friendly and efficient Tara arranged for Suri to send a replacement. It was clear throughout that it wasn't about selling you something and that's the end of it; she clearly cared about the whole customer experience.

Great products, arrived quicker than expected

Very happy with my shopping experience. Good fast service. An d most importantly, wonderful products.

I ordered an item on 10 May, and received an email 5 days later informing me my item was on the way and so I waited.

After two weeks and no sign of the item I checked the Royal Mail tracking info and saw that the item had been delivered....but not to my address. The company had issued the address label incorrectly.

I notified them of their error and attached a photo of the Royal Mail tracking photo showing the incorrect address label.

Despite numerous efforts to contact the company since 24th May, as of 31st May I've received no response.

I've renamed the company Use Me Once as I won't be buying anything from them again. I hope other buyers have better luck receiving items, and better service if things don't go to plan.

Very happy to have discovered Buy Me Once. Will certainly buy again.

First time purchaser drawn to the concept of this, especially in todays throw away world. I have bought a Solidteknics skillet which I already love and I'll be back for other items. First class service and products.

Great service, good communication and amazing values

Tin opener and metal clothes pegs both arrived quickly, and as described. I hope the tin opener really does last a long time, but I've had no complaints from the person who asked for a buy me once tin opener 15 months ago. So hopefully it will.
