Firstly, they DO NOT deserve even a star. I bought a iPhone on the 17/04/24 and paid 7.99 for express/ next day delivery. Today is the 22/04/24 and I still have not received my phone. I have tried calling them to no avail, no one is there to answer your call and it goes to VM. I left a message and no one has come back to me. I have sent emails only to be told order has been processed and order will be with me soon. No time frame given. Total lack of communication. I have now asked for a full refund but God knows when I will receive it. I am now taking the matter to trading standards. Avoid them.

This is my first purchase with buytec and purchasing original Samsung plug and cable and apart from me ordering before a bank holiday which delayed my Samsung plug and cable being delivered. I contacted buytec and they was quick in replying and my overall experience was a positive one and I would recommend buytec to anyone 🙂

No next day delivery.
Ordered the product on Thursday, paid extra for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive. Contacted customer services on the Saturday, asked to wait an additional 1-2 days. It eventually turned up on the Tuesday. When I contacted them to complain, they do not respond. Be cautious.

Ordered AirPods
Ordered AirPods, they never came and Buytec would not answer calls or emails. I even tried to contact them through PayPal and they still didn’t respond. Opened a case in PayPal and they are processing a refund. Very frustrating!! Stay well clear unless you want stress.

Item ordered was a Samsung EP-N5200 wireless charger stand. The security seals on the box showed obvious signs of having been tampered with, and the power adaptor which should have been included (EP-TA800) was missing. Instead, a cheaper, lower-rated power adaptor (EP-TA20UBE) was supplied separately. The Samsung user manual specifically cautions against using the incorrect adaptor, warning it "could cause injury to yourself or others". Accidental mix-up or deliberate switch? I'll let you draw your own conclusions... Personally, I would NEVER deal with this company again.
