I recently bought a Tech 21 case for my iPhone to replace one which had seen better days. The item arrived promptly and I fitted it with no problem. Prospective customer need to be aware that the design has changed from the original with much wider spacing for access to buttons etc The case also seems more shallow than the original giving slightly less protection in my opinion. Overall I am satisfied with the product and certainly pleased with the service provided by Buytech. I would use this company again for any future purchases

Refund received 3 working days after email confirmation from Buytec. In general pretty good service but the customer service hotline is always at voicemail box though.

Ive had to return my order as no longer needed, good comms along the way and refund issued. Will look to order again when decided. Thumbs up!! :)

I returned the phone I purchased as it wasn't clear that I was being sent a reconditioned handset on the website. My refund has been rejected as there are 'scratches' on the screen face. I am astounded that Buytec asserts that the phone screen was scratched when it was returned despite my assurances that I have taken it out of its packaging, saw immediately that it was second hand and returned it in the packaging in less than two minutes. After having the phone returned the 'scratches' are minuscule and were highly likely there in the first instance. A very frustrating company to deal with and not an experience I would want to repeat.

I was very impressed with the speed of service and guidance to identify the correct case.

Sold as new, didn’t realise until pack came it needed to come with box and accessories they deducted £30 off initial price. Happy overall transaction complete in less than 48 hours!

I had an issue regarding the cost of postage for items i thought were free post.
I was very annoyed to find id been charged 3p less than express postage for 5 phone charging cables for Samsung phones.
I left a poor review yesterday, but this morning buytec refunded my postage costs in full.
Im more than happy to admit i was at fault for assuming postage was free, as it stated 3-5 days usually freepost, and they were just small items. I was happy to pay fair postage costs for the items, and had buytec combined postage then id have had no issues at all.
I therefore have changed my review, they have gone above and beyond to solve the issue. I will weigh the packet when it arrives and check the postal rate and i will refund the postage cost that was paid back to buytec.

I have suggested that items that are chargeable should be priced on the webpages, so buyers know the true item cost.

A great device super happy with this. Kept informed along the way also, although delivery was faster than the suggested time. Thanks again

I ordered an iPhone 6 Plus clear otterbox phone case, packaging arrived very damaged with the case itself heavily scratched. But they have offered full refund or a replacement of the product. At least their communication with customers is good. The next item was in good condition.

An easy process, charging cable for my iPhone 11 was received along with the case for my son. Packaging and speed better than expected so 5 stars from me :) Thanks Esther

I bought a galaxy watch active and payed for next day delivery but this was a lie because it came a week after it should have (though dont know if it was because of covid 19).
But watch is good package not damaged and very nice.

A company you can trust a reliable speedy service with quality products. Highly recommend

Great company, quick delivery

I have given one star as the phone cover arrived quickly. Now the problems ... wrong cover sent. That was bad enough... but customer services are shocking. The web site states that you must email for a returns number

quote "Step 1 - Email us at cs@buytec to get authorisation for your return (or simply reply to your order confirmation email)"

first email: ignored

second email: reply from info@buytec telling me to follow returns and email cs@buytec
third email: ignored.
4 email stated the same nonsense

Finally agreed to a return but will not supply a returns label under distance selling rules
