I ordered a OtterBox Defender Series case for a 6s . I was sent a case for a 8/7 series the box had been opened and was damaged and it looks like a fake . Despite numerous phone calls and emails there has been no answer . I will post another review in a week to update if anything has changed.

It was good to be able to identify a genuine BlackBerry accessory. Excellent service and very helpful when the delivery had appeared to go astray (postman had put it in a locked post box, signed the receipt himself and not informed anyone about the delivery!)

Avoid! Ordered iPhone X case - they make u pay by Klarna (pay later) - they sent iPhone 7 case - I returned it - now Klarna (a bank) have been badgering me for £9.99 - Buytec are denying that I returned the case - and Klarna have got debt collection involved!!! Buytec impossible to get hold of. Avoid Avoid AVOID!

Avoid company!
Ordered a charging case and paid for next day delivery. No confirmation of order being processed so emailed them and was told they couldn’t find it.
They offered a different colour so I accepted, they said it would be sent out, however they didn’t, and then tried to charge me an extra £10 more for the order.
Have emailed to cancel but now they have gone quiet and I have not had my money returned.

Subsequently you requested the black option but when we tried to ascertain that you had understood there was a price adjustment you did not reply until after last dispatch. You then requested to collect the order and we have informed you that regrettably this is not an option and offered you a cancellation. I have ordered iPhone adapter which wasn’t fit for its purpose. As a result I have returned the item and requested a refund. However, they have refused to respond and have not provided any refund.
Avoid this company as you will not receive any refund and any of your consumer statutory rights will be ignored
