This is my second order from buytec and although I had to return the first one for a refund the charger was an original apple cable and worked perfectly on our recent trip. Fast delivery, and good value for official gear. Thanks

Avoid!!! ?real company. Ordered phone case. Wrong one arrived. I returned the case. No refund. No longer responding to emails

I've read a number of reviews on here but I decided to go with byte to purchase an iPhone 6s case. After I didn't receive my package I contacted bytes who replied within 12 hours to (I emailed them at 11pm). It transpired that I had inputed an old address and the package had been posted back to them. They sent it out the same day and I received it 24 hours later. Overall a good experience and they were very patient despite my mistake.

son bought product as christmas present for me however I have upgraded my phone so the product is no use to me. Sent an email requesting authorisation to return product as per returns procedure but no reply. Have sent Facebook message, email & rang on numerous occasions and have now resorted to involving Citizens Advice. Sent recorded delivery letter to registered address (has been signed for) & returns address (PObox address so is only signed for on collection) giving 7 days for response but as yet received nothing. Now to progress things further with Citizens Advice. AVOID at all costs!

bought a griffin case on 25th December, £19.99, no delivery or communication at all and no refund. Wish i had read the other reviews first !! I would suggest to people to not even consider buying from this ?? company

I ordered a set of Beats by Dre for my fiancé and received an email on Monday saying they had been dispatched. I paid for UK Express Delivery (1day) and still haven't received them (it's now Friday night).

I've emailed three times, facebook messaged, website chatted and phoned about 6 times all with no response whatsoever. I can't believe companies do this to people at Christmas.

I'd be happy with a refund but no-one will even get back to me.

This is the second case I have ordered and I am as equally pleased with the product and service.These are beautifully made cases. Even the packaging is of an extremely high quality! I have now bought three of these for different mobile phones and they all fit perfectly. All were delivered in time. Great service!

I ordered a morphie space pack 24Nov and paid via paypal had a email back from Buytec confirming receipt and would be delivered 2/3 working days now 13Dec item not arrived have not heard anything from Buytec to say reason for delay.Since my review have received refund now happy

I bought a Samsung phone case, paid next day delivery but it don't arrive until a day or two later. Then realised I'd ordered the wrong case so sent it back 17 days ago and not heard anything. I sent an email before hand asking if I can return it which was fine, have since sent an email which has been ignored, left an answer phone message which has been ignored and tried ringing numerous times with no answer!
Update: a week later I was told to contact the courier to see where the parcel is, after saying it was sent by royal mail standard delivery so there's no way of tracking it. Still without a refund a month later!

Do not buy from this company. They sent me a defective item ( suspiciously packaged with no trace of the manufacturers details. They asked me to return the item as per their website return policy, which I did. No refund was ever forthcoming and they did not respond to the emails I sent asking for updates on my refund. Buytec took acception to my original review. It is a shame that they did not spend their time processing my refund rather than complaining about my review.

I ordered an item weeks ago. Was told 2-3 days for delivery. Since then (in spite of my attempts to contact them) I've had no delivery and no contact - by phone or email.

Don't trust em. They ain't real.

Sent wrong item and despite this being returned, they have not replaced with correct item or refund - no answer from numerous emails and voice messages - been going on for over a mont - really poor customer service - avoid at all costs.

Wrong items sent. Left several emails and called over 20times but no answer. I think these butcher's don't care. For them maybe it's all about money.
No customer satisfaction, no customer service, just a butcher business. What a waste of money.
I personally wouldn't even give it one star.. bloody con artists.

Easy navigation and checkout with order and delivery was completed within the specified time. Happy with case and would come back again when another is needed. All good :)
