I placed an order in April...today is the first of June and l am yet to receive my order. Email ignored. Money not returned. I am not happy.

Goods received quickly, faster than expected. Great quality genuine case and charger with email updates all the way, happy customer.

No item delivered after almost 2 weeks.

Ordered an I phone case. Received confirmation with my order. I noticed I had ordered wrong sized case. So rang straight away on the number they have quoted to people on other posts as well as a different number. They do not answer their phone I tried all day up until closing. Left a message to call me back. Nothing. Sent emails no reply. Won't ever use again.!!
UPDATE. After posting this review. I have had constant communication from buy tech. And received the case today. Haven't tried the case as phone is wrapped up for xmas. But all looks good and genuine.

I ordered my handset on the 08/10/2016 till this day I haven't received any information about the handset. I emailed and rang so many times but no answer.

The item was meant to come with in 1, 3 working days. It's been 5 days I haven't received any information about the item.

I wouldn't order anything from this company because they don't tell you information about the item or if the order has been dispatched. The company doesn't reply to your emails or calls.

Ordered a charger for my Galaxy S5 which was high quality and is an original charger which is great. Good delivery speed and and an easy to navigate site which made the process easy. Also received email updates. Good service! very happy, will use again.

Order received and happy with the product quality overall. Its an official manufacturer part which is refreshing as had some bad experiences before. Happy to use buytec again. A thumbs up from me!

Ordered a screen protector which said will be dispatched within 2-3 days. It appeared from the confirmation email that will be dispatched a week later, so decided to cancel the order. Tried to contact Buytec through every email provided in their website, but not a single email went through. So I tried their online form on the same page, not a single soul replied. Tried calling both numbers, no one answered. This company is no good!

Sent back the item i ordered, having paid full price for. Have lost the £20 with no reply to my emails. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered a case for my new phone from buytec and received within 2 days of buying. Good comms and delivered as advertised. All round very good. A happy customer, will buy again. Thanks

Needed a new Tab case and saw that Buytec had a good range. I placed the order for the tab 8.4 book cover in glam red and opted for 2-3 day delivery. Arrived within 2 working days so cannot fault the service. Keep up the good work!!!!

I don't normally have issues with buying online but I would never use this company again! Prior to ordering I did read the reviews of this company and as there appeared to only be an odd poor review, I though I would take a chance. Maybe I was just unlucky but received No dispatch confirmation and when contacted a week later was told that it had been dispatched. Policy was that if item hadn't arrived within 5 working days, a replacement would issued but I didn't expect to have to wait another 5 days before they would issue a replacement! Tried contacting the company by phone on numerous occasions -no answer. Even left a message on one occasion and left contact details but no response. Did have limited email contact with them but they didn't respond to all emails-only the ones they wanted to! Constant frustration in trying to contact them made me wonder whether they actually existed or whether I would actually get the item ordered. I did finally receive the item 3 weeks after original order. Very poor overall service which I would NOT recommend.

I ordered an item and got an email informing me thatthe order was being processed. I had elected next day delivery, so when I received no dispatch email by the next morning I fired off an email asking if it had been dispatched.

I received a new email informing me that my delivery had been dispatched and was due that day. Sure enough, it turned up. No dramas!

I Would have been happier with the dispatch email earlier to put me at ease, but otherwise an unfaultable service. Excellent prices too. Fully recommend!

I ordered a case on Tuesday and it arrived the next day. Quality product keenly priced!

The product was great, but it took a month to arrive. After a week I contacted the seller having received no confirmation or dispatch email, and was told that it had been dispatched and must have been lost in the post, and to wait a day or two and if still no sign and they would dispatch another. This happened several times, and no replacement. Finally I received a dispatch note and it arrived two days later. Not really sure what was going on to be honest, and felt like i was being taken for a ride. Totally disappointed. Will not be using again

Recently purchased charger ..quick deliverly (2-3 working days ).package well ..charger works well ..only grumble is i ordered a white charger (picture shows charger with white cable )came with black cable ...otherwise perfect would recomend this company ..
