I purchased a samsung S5 charger on a Tuesday night, as their price was the cheapest I could find online. With the low price, I expect either a fake product or cheap and poor service with slow delivery. Furthermore i made a mistake on the delivery address and knew for sure I would need to place another order or wait a long time for the error to be fixed. I sent an email immediately to correct the mistake. Wednesday morning I see an email saying my product has been dispatched. Quickly called them to ensure its been sent to the right address and every thing had actually been sorted and the charger dispatched. Recieved the product Thursday morning, less then 36 hrs from order to delivery. Certainly the first place to look even before Amazon.

I wanted an Otterbox for my Samsung tablet and did the usual Internet search using the usual suspects (Ebay & Amazon)
I knew from past experience of the Otterbox brand that my purchase wasn't going to be cheap but wasn't actually expecting to end up with searches coming up a penny short of £70 for what is essentially a plastic box. As an act of desperation I Googled (Cheap Otterbox) and found this company. I was a little bit weary of using a company I had never heard of but after looking at their very well laid out website decided to take a chance especially as their price for exactly the same product was £20 less. Going through checkout was painless and I was then given a choice of postal services. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that is fair with postal costs. You generally find a keen price for the item and then ridiculous charges for delivery. Not here. I used their next day service for £5.95. Other companies will charge twice that!
Anyway, 24 hours later and I am in receipt of the item in perfect condition and writing this. Thank you Buytec, finally a company that takes pride in their service. In future as well as checking the usual suspects I will firstly be checking your site to see if you carry the item. To anyone thinking of using this company, please do. Companies like this anyone re rare nowadays so deserve supporting. I wouldn't hesitate regarding recommending this company.

It was really easy to order from this company; everything was straightforward.
Received an email shortly after to say that my order was being processed and a day later, I received another email saying that my order had been updated to Dispatched.
My order arrived the very next day with registered post for extra safety.
The entire experience was nothing but positive.

Service was fine but a few hours after purchasing on the site via PayPal, I was the victim of a fraudulent transaction from my PayPal account. This has never happened before and seems rather coincidental that I had just used PayPal for my purchase. Can I suggest that you urgently review your security for customers

Top quality genuine Nokia case for less than £10 and free postage. Much less than other online companies.
