Had no problems getting my item in a reasonable amount of time, item arrive undamaged in adequate packaging. Would buy from them again.

I ordered a replacement mains charger for my galaxy s5. The price was the best I could find on the Internet. Check out was easy and delivery was very quick. I received emails to notify me of when my item had been dispatched. Overall I am a very happy customer and would come back again!

Ordered 2 cables for our boys Samsung Tablets late on a Sunday night. Allowed the Monday for order to be processed and items were delivered, to Northern Ireland 1st thing Tuesday morning. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Nice quiet house now. Thank you.

Received Phone Case OK I am very pleased with it only one point to make stand'ed delivery time would be more inline if you put on your web site 3 to 5 days not 2 to 3 day delivery.

I ordered a phone case from them back in May. Two days later sent me an email stating it was out of stock and I would shortly be refunded. Almost 2 months later I am still waiting for a refund. I have emailed twice and left several voicemails with them. I have had no response. Every time I have called it goes to answer phone. I have been very patient so far, but now I am getting very annoyed. I do not think this is an acceptable way to treat a customer and I certainly won't be buying anything from them again.
***Since posting this review Buytec have been in contact with me and finally sorted out my refund. Better late than never! It is great that this site exists. However, it shouldn't be that in order to get a company's attention you have to post a damning review on a website. Where's good old fashioned customer service gone?!

I am rewriting my review. As I think I commented too early the overall customer service was excellent and all emails were answered promptly. Highly recommended

Was a very easy and efficient experience. Would have liked a wee bit better dashboard/interface with the site (easier to sort search items, for e.g., and more obvious button for login/customer details), but that kind of improvement will come soon, no doubt. The price was very affordable AND 2nd class delivery in the UK is free! Will definitely purchase from Buytec.co.uk again - provided all goes well with delivery.

I don't know if this company would be any good if things went to plan A but they sure don't seem set up for any plan B.
Ordered a phone case, a few days later we got an email saying don't have that colour in stock choose a different one. I responded back saying I didn't like any of these, no response until I chased it up.
When I chased it up I went to their website and was able to order the colour they didn't have in stock through their website, a week after my initial order, I attached a screenshot of this with the email. This time there was a response but it was very dismissive stating they are showing out of stock now, no thanks for letting them know or explanation of why other customers could be left ordering things they would never receive.
As it happened by the time they had finished messing me around there was another vendor selling them cheaper so it worked out well in the end.

I ordered a pair of Nike SB shoes and it was nothing but a breeze to shop on this website. The website is intuitive and their updates for the delivery were accurate as well as regular. Fantastic service.
