What a fantastic experience we’ve had with Bella & Wilkins. They couldn’t have been more helpful, and we received our outdoor furniture even sooner than we hoped. The quality is excellent, just what we wanted, as so many we’ve looked at were small to sit on, and often with thin cushions. Exceptional service, excellent product, thank you!

Very impressed with B&W Homeware from the moment we placed our order for rattan garden furniture set.
Kept very well informed regarding delivery, arrived as promised virtually all made up with minimal work to do ourselves.
Hadn’t found the instructions for the table ( only because we hadn’t fully unpacked the table top) emailed the company who came back to us straight away with attached instructions.

I purchased one of the firepit sets. The unit is of high quality. The cushions are thick and very comfortable, not cheap and plastic looking.

The set required minimal assembly. I am really impressed with the quality of the unit vs the price. I will certainly recommend to others.

The delivery was drive way, my only advice would be to make this more clear.

I purchased the Naples set. The quality is even better than I anticipated, similar models are £3000+. Comfy thick cushions that don’t feel like plastic, rattan weave is thick and well made.

Naples firepit set

I bought the Naples firepit set. The quality was even better than I anticipated for the price. I am really happy with my purchase. Customer service was excellent and this firm made buying online easy. Communication over email was prompt and delivery in 4 days. Will certainly recommend this company to others.

Love the patio set and firepit table and an incredible price.
A couple of issues with delivery and missing cover but these were quickly resolved and the delivery courier was at fault not BW.

I cant emphasis enough how pleased I am with the quality and service received. I was very wary at first for buying online due to scams but when Becky invited me to view the product before buying I felt reassured. After viewing I had no hesitation in ordering as the description and quality was exactly as advertised. Delivery was on time and they kept me updated throughout the whole process, Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
