AMALFI CORNER DINING SET
Garden furniture ordered and received in 6 days. Super impressed. Amalfi corner set has bonus of arriving fully assembled. Seat cushions thick and comfy. Wasn't sure how light/dark cushions were from photos, but delighted they are a darker grey (which will hide puppy footprints). Any queries I had were answered within minutes via the live chat facility. The only slight downside was the courier company themselves who don't really communicate with you. I was able to see code OFD which I assumed to be out for delivery, but their tracking system doesn't actually confirm which day to expect your delivery which is maybe an issue if needing to take time off work? .... Fortunately I guessed correctly. Wouldn't hesitate to use BW Home ware again. Very happy customer.

I didn't receive a response back from this email. On Monday the 15th May ( This week), our logistics firm tried to contact you via phone to book in your preferred delivery day, but there was no answer. To avoid any delays in getting your order to you, we dispatched this and a shipping confirmation email was sent you to at 12.09pm on the 15th May via email. As we couldn't get hold of you on the Monday 15th, we instructed our courier to contact you to book in your preferred delivery day.
Thank you for your feed back. We will look at ways to improve the above moving forwards.

Simply brilliant from beginning to end
I am normally very nervous about buying on line from companies i don't know however, there was no need for nerves when i purchased my garden furniture set from BW Homeware. They genuinely didn't put a foot wrong. Easy to order, very quick delivery, professionally delivered, great customer service and a stunning, well made product. Wonderful value for money. I am delighted and will definitely be using them again.
