The units is of high quality. It is very comfortable to sit on. Looking forward to loads of outdoor time with the whole family. The only downfall is there was one missing cushion but Lucy has responded promptly to the problem and will mail the missing part.

I’d been looking for a garden set for a while and came across BW Homeware on Instagram. I was particularly interested as their sets are aluminium framed instead of steel so are far more rust proof.
I couldn’t choose which set I wanted as I loved them all and in the end went for the Naples with the darker grey cushions as we have dogs.
I was informed by Lucy straight away that this set was currently out of stock but due in the following week. Communication was kept up and I had my set delivered, as promised.
I had ordered a rain cover as part of the deal for the set and this was missed off the delivery. BW sent one out the following day.

Would definitely recommend this family run company.

We found B and W Homecare helpful, honest and open. The garden furniture we bought is good quality, and the small amount that needed to be assembled was easy. Also it was good value for money! Sounds too good to be true? but it’s not! What more could you want?!

Communication was brilliant from pre-order all the way through to delivery and post order. You can tell they care about what they do.

Can not fault this company one bit!! We thought we had got lucky finding the perfect rattan fire pit set for our newly renovated garden, but this company’s service made it even better!! Had a few issues with glass smashing in transit how ever they personally delivered us a fresh piece. Happy to email us all the way through the process and customer care skills were amazing!! The quality of the product is A* and we love being able to use it on a daily basis!!

Excellent service and product very happy

I bought the Santorini Firepit set and took delivery a couple of days ago. Firstly, delivery was arranged around my availability and it was quick. I am blown away by the quality of the furniture and the cushions are REALLY comfortable. There was a small issue with one of the corners of the firepit so I contacted the store who responded immediately and I had the replacement part the next day. Amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for the quality of their products and their customer service. Just need some sun now to enjoy it !!

I recently purchased a Santorini rattan furniture set, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase! The quality of this set is exceptional and has truly exceeded my expectations.
The rattan material used in the furniture is not only beautiful but also incredibly durable. It has been able to withstand various weather conditions – thanks to the great British weather - without showing any signs of wear or damage. The craftsmanship is fantastic and the attention to detail is brilliant. The cushions are cosy and really well made and add an extra touch of luxury and quality to the set.
I will not hesitate to recommend BW Homeware to anyone. The customer service and was great and it was good to get an actual phone call to advise of delivery date, not just a random text or email.

If your cautious with online shopping, you defo want to use PayPal, and you defo want a phone no..My experience from the start had been amazing. Their customer service is amazing. Worked with me for the delivery around my needs. Having bought a corner sofa before made the mistake of getting a non Ali frame. Thing fell apart. I bought corner sofa with firepit in the table..the quality is amazing. Don’t buy a non Ali frame, spend a bit extra and stretch your budget over a £1000 it’s gonna get wet and then rust. Honestly I can’t recommend this company enough.
