After a slight hiccup on the companys side they went above and beyond to make sure I received my order and to say they delivered is an understatement. I received better Dream Cymbals and wow I am an incredibly satisfied customer! I will recommend BW Drum Shop to anyone who listens and will be back again when I need a new Snare or New Cymbals! I recently bought a cymbal set for the school that I work in, and as a non drummer I had spent ages listening to budget cymbal sets to decide which ones would give the best bang for the buck. I pushed out the boat a bit as far, as the school budget was concerned, but decided to make my compromise on the crash cymbal, buying a cheaper one.
The staff at BW Drum Shop noticed this musical blunder and made sure that I had a set that matched. It is refreshing be dealing with musicians who really know what will work and are prepared to go the extra mile to make sure you make the right choices.
I will be returning when the school needs more percussion. Highly recommended.

I placed a small order of a tambourine recently and, despite the festive season, and inevitable delays with delivery etc. the guys went above and beyond to get this order to me before Christmas, with them even paying extra for weekend delivery to make sure it got to me. I bought a new Ludwig drum kit 1 year ago, online and talked to Russ, through the sale. Excellent communication and price.
I later ordered a snare drum from them.
I would recommend the shop.

I'm in shock at the service I've received. I was desperate for my drum to arrive by a certain date. There was complications outside of their control with the shipping but they did EVERYTHING they could to get it to me by the promised date. The time they put in contacting the shipping and me certainly outways any profit made.

I've never been valued as a customer before. I for one have learnt buying cheaper elsewhere is not worth it. If BW Drums are selling something I am looking for that I can buy cheaper elsewhere, I will still be buying from BW Drums as I know it's worth the service received.

Definitely in my top 3 drum stores in the Uk.
