A special mention to Kirsty, whose service was second to none. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the experience genuinely stress-free.

We were served by Kirsty, who was very friendly and informative. This was our first experience of plug in hybrid cars and we found the whole experience very positive. We purchased a car and have had it for a week. So happy with the quality.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service based on turning up for booked test drive, the sales rep was over 30 minutes late and no mention of having points on licence affects the chance of having test drive, ended up having my partner test drive and feeling very judged. No drink offered and very little apology. Everything up to point of sale from BYD head office was very very slick, professional and promising.
