Boxes don’t arrive and you keep paying…
I have been waiting for my first goodiebox for more than two weeks, still haven’t received it. They already charged me the second box without even having the first.
I wrote to customer service twice. They reply but they reply late and they don’t offer any solutions. They don’t even know where the box is, I can’t track it or anything.
The concept might be nice but the service and logistics are terrible. Totally not worth it. I am cancelling my subscription before I even try the products.

Poor online shop selection
Great concept and for the most part I'm satisfied, but I find it sad/annoying that when you get a product you love, it's not possible to buy straight through GB. Sometimes yes, but a lot of the things you just have to look for somewhere else. Would be great to have all of the stuff available in the online shop or be provided with a link that leads straight to where one can order the product.

Great products in the goodiebox subscription box - expensive but very worth it.
Very helpful staff.
I like the box (and the design of it), it can be reused since it's very pretty. (I've kept all 20+ of them)
Reviewing products for points was really fun!
-Would have loved if their website had more language options. (English, for example 😁) it's hard to navigate the website if you have to translate every single thing 🙈
Would love to see goodiebox expand to other countries. 😁

Great service
I have a great experience with goodiebox and they customer service. Once I asked them about the product I wanted to order one more time because it was stunning. Unfortunately I could not find it in their shop but they took it into the consideration and instead of offered me to send an extra one for free. It was a really nice surprise.
