Poor online shop selection
Great concept and for the most part I'm satisfied, but I find it sad/annoying that when you get a product you love, it's not possible to buy straight through GB. Sometimes yes, but a lot of the things you just have to look for somewhere else. Would be great to have all of the stuff available in the online shop or be provided with a link that leads straight to where one can order the product.

Great products in the goodiebox subscription box - expensive but very worth it.
Very helpful staff.
I like the box (and the design of it), it can be reused since it's very pretty. (I've kept all 20+ of them)
Reviewing products for points was really fun!
-Would have loved if their website had more language options. (English, for example 😁) it's hard to navigate the website if you have to translate every single thing 🙈
Would love to see goodiebox expand to other countries. 😁

Great service
I have a great experience with goodiebox and they customer service. Once I asked them about the product I wanted to order one more time because it was stunning. Unfortunately I could not find it in their shop but they took it into the consideration and instead of offered me to send an extra one for free. It was a really nice surprise.

Great service and products!
I received a box with a broken item (probobaly from the delivery process).
I got the best help and service from a girl in the goodiebox.dk costumer service team (Anna).
She fixed the situation really well and sended a new product right away with a very polite and understanding approach.
I’m very happy with goodiebox over all, and this is really worth every penny!
There is never problems, and if there would be due to bad luck (as for me), they are there to help right away!
Best costumer service team I have experienced!
