I’ve only had really good experience with goodiebox.dk’s costumer service!

Goodiebox.. just in love with it! The service is really good.. 😍 so nice and helpful.. and I felt like they were communicating to me, not just another customer.. and not to talk about the products.. but is just the highlight of the month for me.. 😁 and I really like that they really get what you need.. the products are relatable for what you need.. and I always recommend goodie box to all of my friends.. ☺️☺️

Goodiebox - the box of them all! I am super super happy about my little "treat" I give myself every month. The box is always full of surprises and it never really get's boring.
The most amazing thing about Goodiebox is the insight I get into new products that are on the market. It's really cool.

And!!!!!! not to forget - they have a killer customer service. If you have the slightest question or something is wrong, you will get the greatest love, right back ya.

Oh dear !! My Goodiebox didnt show up but I wasnt sure if it was that time of the month yet .o) - untill I received an email from Goodiebox telling me that the courier service had lost my box and they had sent a replacement right away... That is service....

I had a question regarding a welcoming gift when joining goodiebox. The team responded quickly and friendly and I got all the info I asked for. All happy :)

I expressed my problem and in a few hours it was solved :)

Goodiebox customer service is the best.They are very positive and quick to help. In this months they haven't been able to capture the money from me for the box. I wrote them and in a few days everything got fixed and I will get my goodiebox! 😍
Also, I like that they write their emails with emoji. It’s awesome 😎!

I am so happy to have found goodiebox. The concept and products are so great! I feel so excited to receive my goodiebox each month and try new products, normally I would not buy myself. I have not a single bad word about the company!

The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They are very positive and quick to help. Few times my parcel got lost- they sent me a new one right away, free of charge.

Also, I love that they write their emails with emoji. Its such a small detail, but makes such a huge difference in having the communication so informal and simple. I really really like it!

This is the only subscription box that I have an I can not imagine switching. It feels like I have a personal shopper who gets me beauty products that match my skin, my complexion and my preferences perfectly. Also, you really get a lot for your money. I strongly recommend!

It was supposed to be so beautiful. This month goodiebox charged money only for the goodiebox script box. And I've had a crush box for months. They didn't charge money for the crush box this month.A few days ago I wrote to them why they didn't charge for the crush box? Every day I get a message from another person saying they don't know and I have to wait. Ok, Finally, after a few days, I got a reply that there was a problem with the card and the lady gave me an email and an account number that is not mine, but another person's !!And I was giving my email. It is a pity that nobody reads what I am writing, it is sad :( Another month and I have another stress from goodiebox. Will you have a competent person in your team who reads your messages and can help? I wish I knew with my crush box. There was the same payment problem last month. But then I was lucky because a competent person helped me

I have been a customer for several months now and always very satisfied. The boxes come in time, properly packaged and nothing opened or broken. Except the last box, the jade roller came broken but in only an hour after contacting goodiebox they quickly answered and were friendly. I was sent a new one within a day! Customer service is great, really love this company!

I came across Goodie Box during lockdown, I thought the goodies looked interesting, so for fun I ordered one. Receiving the first Goodie Box in Lockdown was so exciting. My 13 year old daughter and I immediately starting trying the goodies and deciding who should get what. Each subsequent goodie box has been a joyful and bonding experience for us in a really challenging time. The goodies introduce new ideas and concepts of beauty care and are fabulously good value. Proper sized and not samples. And yes, my daughter gets most of the contents, although sometimes I say ‘That is for wrinkles!’

Beautiful box with beautiful products inside. Definitely worth every cent.

I can highly recommend Goodiebox! The products are amazing, the price is only 169 kr. a month (for products worth more than 500 kr.) and the team is so sweet and professional - what's not to like? :-)
