The Trustpilot representatives (Grace, Joymae and Carolina) who helped me with my return were exceptionally responsive and communicative throughout the process. I really appreciated their help getting me a return shipping label, acknowledging receipt of the item, processing the return, asking for information that would be helpful to them and finally making suggestions to help me on my end confirm that the credit had been processed.
I went in early on the clock to get away from excessive phone usage and fell in love with the alarm sounds. I broke ground on my first of three lamps after seeing their inaugural sale and fell in love. The colors are amazing, the defying is gorgeous and space saving and I love being able to set a visual alarm to start stretching. Delightful. I also purchased two sets of the nightlight to distribute throughout the house- perfect diffused lighting where you need it. This company produces thoughtful products with humans in mind. Sorry I took so long to review!

half the features they advertise are paid subscription-only, they randomly stop running any alarm you have set up until you update the app, without giving you a warning the app is out-of-date, after the update they refuse to turn off my alarms whenever i try, and sometimes say there is no alarms when there is an alarm and sometimes say there are alarms when there is none. i bought an alarm clock to have a single, reliable way of ensuring i wake up, and peacefully at that, but none of this is peaceful or reliable.
As an update: this issue has only gotten worse. It has been weeks with still no fix and I have to triple check whenever I turn off an alarm, sometimes even going to the extent of permanently deleting the alarm completely and I still get woken up to it, or vice versa and it never goes off. This company should start putting their money into actually making a functioning alarm clock instead of just buying reviews.
And on that front, don't be fooled by the customer support responses you see on the TrustPilot reviews. I have emailed them probably at least 3 times since buying the product and while they have apologized for issues, they have never made any attempts to fix or remediate them. They don't actually try to resolve issues, and like another customer complained, they have SEVERAL unethical business practices that misrepresent their company that should not be legal in most places. If you're curious, out of just over 100 Trustpilot reviews at the time of writing this, 16 of them are 1 star. However, on their actual website, there are over 1,000 reviews, and yet almost the same amount of 1 star reviews. This is because they:
1) Deliberately take you to a different "feedback" page if you try to leave a negative review, so it doesn't get tracked publicly
2) If you manage to circumvent this by clicking the button to leave a positive review, once they see that its negative they will choose to omit sharing it on their website.
This is NOT speculation. I have tried MANY times to leave a single negative review on their site, and after many attempts to publish it, through their site, through contacting customer support, etc, it is clear they are intentionally and deliberately obfuscating reviewers from sharing their true opinions. And considering how many issues I've had with both their alarm clock and their customer support team, its obvious why they have to.

I bought my Loftie over 3 years ago and just love it! I ran into a technological issue with a recent software update and the support team helped me correct the issue promptly. We were able to resolve the issue and my clock is back to functioning perfectly again.

I purchased a Loftie Clock in December of 2025 as a gift for my girlfriend. She was hesitant to try it out at first, but when she did, she had the best rest she had in a long while.
For a few months, she relied on it's soothing Brown Noise to drift deeply amidst a bustling household. However, one day there was an "!" next to her beloved Brown Noise and no sound would play. We tried everything from waiting 24 hours, restarting, waiting for an eventual update to fix the issue, draining the battery, and several other remedies.
We reached out to the incredible Loftie customer service team when everything we tried had failed. Carolina and Grace were so very professional throughout the process. Their instructions were clear, their demeanor polite, but even still the clock refused to go back to normal.
After 5 days of trying various solutions, a replacement clock was being prepped for shipment. Having purchased the original from Amazon and being beyond the return window, this was a most welcome surprise. We were even given the choice of selecting ANY of the numerous styles of clocks, free of charge.
About 10 days later, the replacement arrived, and all was right in the world with a peaceful Brown Noise escape whenever the need arises.

Great product (the clock)! So many features and possibilities. I had a few issues setting mine up but the tech support was responsive and very helpful in offering suggestions and clear instructions on how to make it work. Definitely recommend!

I have Loftie clocks in several homes. I love them. I came to ski and my clock was weirdly 5 1/2 hours off! Grace at Loftie was endlessly patient. It took lots of different efforts, but we finally got it done. I really appreciate the help she gave me. I love my Loftie clock.
