I found By miles a year ago

I found By miles a year ago, Ive been driving for over 35 years, but never found an insurance company that cares about you, they are quick to respond, for me it's that personal service, unlike no other. Insurance companies hike up their prices taking advantage of those who don't shop around. For me it's been a Personalised service and exceptional customer service. Thankyou guy. Emma

Sad to see them go

I'm so sorry that this company are winding down and that I will not be able to renew with them when my policy expires in a couple of months' time. They've been amazing and absolutely ideal for someone who doesn't do a great deal of mileage.

Brilliant communication from Finbar in…

Brilliant communication from Finbar in relation to my new car purchase and the smooth transition to swap over the Miles Tracker when the time comes. This is my second year with By Miles and extremely disappointed that they are not taking any new business after my current insurance expires...I have nothing but high praise for their car insurance model.

Goodbye By Miles

Goodbye By Miles, i shall really miss you. Life will be sad now, because having to start over after so many years together will be hard.
You have helped me to become a better driver because of your tracker. Told me each time l used my car the miles used and so made me think about each journey. Could l walk or use public transport, were questions I asked before taking out the car. Will other insurers be as thoughtful and true as you were?
We’ll say goodbye with a sad heart but sincerely thank you for 5 years of taking care of my car and me with kind staff.

Livid

Livid that this car insurance is closing down this year , its been taken over and obviously its not making any profit because new company is shutting it down
Why you ask ...well it actually acts for the consumer and thats not good business
And this is not an unprompted review , they sent me an email asking for my opinion and here it is
Tbf By Miles has been brilliant , I have sung their praises to everyone I know
My anger is directed to the money grabbers that took them over
Grabbers was not the word I chose , they wouldn't allow my word in this woke , sensitive bullshit world we now exist in
The one star is for the *uckwits what have taken over

Great overall service

As a customer I have nothing but good reports about this company. Even though I prefer talking to customer service agents on the phone, their live chat has always been great and issues are promptly dealt with. It’s a shame the company will be no longer soon. Best car insurance service I’ve had till date
