Paid full and after one month not received ! dispute my bank managed to get refund after 5 emails not being answered.

Impossible to cancel a subscription I never signed up for. Shop is useless.

FRAUD ALERT! This site is a scam. I had two fraudulent charges on my credit equalling almost $3,000 made to Fanduel Canada.
They never delivered my order nor do they offer tracking.
Beware!

They start off by getting you to purchase from Vitawell which has a very high trust rating. Once you purchase the hide a monthly subscription in the terms and conditions, you will be charged again in a month by the same company with a different name they use Byvitawell. Both companies are the same and both are fraudulent.

BEWARE!!!!!!Do not purchase from this company. All scammers - emails ignored, never received shipment. Told them I do not authorize them to charge me for a subscription since I did not sign up for it. Luckily, my CC company rejected the charge.no vitamins ever arrived. Disputed initial charge.

Absolutely a scam.
Do not buy from these.
Been waiting a month and they can’t even get my name right from the order.

Terrible company - I cannot seem to cancel the subscription I don’t even know I had - they took over a month to ship 3 bottles of NMN now they are sending me 3 more when I’ve only just received the original order, I didn’t even know I was on a subscription and now cannot seem to cancel it. The support email address doesn’t work and I now don’t know what yo do to cancel

I need to cancel a subscription but the cancellation page doesn’t load and the website contact details aren’t correct. Very disappointed.

Stay away!! They take orders and then go on holiday and say they need a break and your order will be late, disgusting company!!!!

Horrible company; they initiated a Subscription without notice or acknowledgement; sent and billed 6 month supply within 3 weeks; Do not answer emails, cancellation page is disabled, order Management page is disabled. Extremely sketchy business practices! Do not order anything from them! I am reporting to all consumer agencies and my bank agreed to block their charges. They are a Take your money and Hide company.

i ordered 2 x products from this company 4 weeks ago and have not received my goods. I have asked to be refunded 3 times, but as yet no response. After reading other reviews regarding this company i doubt i will get any satisfaction. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

update - product arrived weary to try. be wary of ordering, there's a 1 time only option you need to look for prior to ordering. you will be opted in for a subscription. there's no refunds at all!
I reached out once and then a 2nd time which sent an error message, the NY area code number was not active, and at the time trying to end the subscription and find out about order. I did get error 404 messages, and after cancelling my card, and a complaint to bank about possible scam site, I finally got notified of shipping. FYI this ships from China and you will have your payment method hit 2 possibly 3 times if you don't opt out of the subscription by the time the product arrives. also looking for the cancellation of subscription option was not available when I was trying to cancel. be wary of ordering and this is my honest real life experience.

Scam store trying to impersonate Vitawell by using their name till you check their contact details. Luckily I reported to credit card in time and issued a refund ! No response and no delivery ! Even though they say they are shopify no tracking details go on site ! Clever scam

Ordered online, product hasn’t shipped. Tried contacting the company via email and Instagram, zero response, other than a link to a portal which ought to have a ticket for my query where I can track the status.
The portal denies access.
Don’t buy from this business, they’re just robbing you of your money.

Thi s company is a Scam. I feel so silly not to have read the other reviews before I bought. I am now out of pocket because they unlawfully signed me up for a subsciption and now I can't get a reponse from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I got duped like everyone else. Definitely didn't subscribe when I first purchased the item, but then 3 months later got an email that a new order was placed and on they way. I have been emailing back and forth with their customer service and its a disaster.
They are sending me "magic links" to their website saying I can actually manage my subscription, since it cannot be done through my regular profile.
Its been a complete jerk around, I will harass them until they ghost me. Likely my next step will be to call the bank

Same as everyone else, this company is a scam. If you purchase from them they sign you up for a subscription. The ability to cancel your membership on the website is the only portion of the site that is ‘down’ and they don’t respond to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
