No response
I purchased a one time item then had an email several weeks later to say my new order was on the way?? I purposely didn’t subscribe to a subscription as I didn’t know if the product worked or not. I emailed for help to cancel this “subscription” to which they replied straight away and said I hadn’t un clicked a tiny box to stop repeat orders. In the meantime I was sent another item and charged, there is no way of contacting this company all the emails from then on get sent back to outbox. I have had to cancel with my bank.
same as below customers, avoid the hassel
same as below customers. Automatically signed me up for auto renewal subscription without my consent. impossible to get info back on email. I've had to cancel this with my bank instead.
SCAM - CAN'T CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
I purchased the item once and they signed me up for a subscription without me knowing. Then I got an email from them saying my next order was on the way, I emailed to say I didn't want it and after some back and forth I got a refund.
This week they have charged me again for the subscription and I've emailed them a million times about it without a response. There isn't a place on their site you can actually manage your subscription so you really depend on them for it.
When I purchased from them originally I thought it was "Vitawell" because that's the name they market under. "Byvitawell" is a separate thing and I'm convinced it's a scam.

They tick a tiny box which automatically sets you up for a monthly subscription. They then say go to "manage subscriptions" to cancel it - which is supposed to be accessed from the email they send when the order is coming. It's not. And it is nowhere to be found on the website. So far I have been charged and they will not refund me- even though I did not tick this subscription box. And I have no way to cancel it. Insane.
