We had a great time at Gatlinburg…
We had a great time at Gatlinburg Falls. Our cabin was perfect, just two of us in a one bedroom. The cabins are very convenient to all restaurant and attractions. We took a nice walk each morning and really enjoyed ourselves. We'll be back!
Lazy Dazy
There was some trash outside the cabin and a BBQ fork stuck in a tree. The matress on the fold out couch was dated and uncomfortable. The washing machine did not work properly. I did let someone in the office know. Also, upstairs shower drain was not draining properly. Some of the furniture was damaged, I understand that happens, but repairing it or replacing it would look better. Thought the outside deck and entry way could have been cleaner. Quite a few bat droppings. I know it's the mountains, it just didn't appear to have been cleaned up previously. Overall the cabin was ok.

My wife and I really enjoyed our long week-end getaway. Well maintained cabin. Had problem, found out on arrival there was no coffee pot for the Mr Coffee at the house. The staff had it replaced within 2 hours.
All in all, a great place and great service. My only issue though minor, is their rigid policy on date changes.
I really enjoyed my stay
I really enjoyed my stay, staff was very accommodating. We were a little late checking in but we were compensated and the cabin was as advertised. Very clean and peaceful we will continue to stay with cabins in the smokies for years to come.
Spring Break 2019
We stayed during spring break, first week of April, and had a great time. The staff was great at compensating us for our very late check-in due to the last group leaving late. They wanted to be sure our cabin had been thoroughly cleaned before we entered. We will stay again!

We have enjoyed staying with Cabins of the Smokies many times. Quality people to work with and nice facilities to stay in with wonderful views. Grateful for the many cabins that were spared from the devastating fire and many have been rebuilt. A lot of time and effort is being used to get all of those cabins rebuilt and hope that once that project has been completed, they will have a little more time to spend on the ones that survived. Still very nice, but starting to need more maintenance than I believe the staff has time to do. Will definitely stay with them again, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Awesome place to stay!! Beautiful clean and cozy. Staff super nice and helpful!!! I got the honey package,candle lit dinner! It was perfect and the lady that set it up at the cabin be for we got there,did a absolutely amazing job. I wish i coulda hugged her, and gave her tip!! I highly recommend staying here!!

Check in was 4pm our cabin wasn't ready till 8pm and still wasn't completely cleaned. The Wi-Fi didn't work the arcade games didn't work. We tried to use hot tubs but the water was coming out black, the shower water smelled like raw eggs and was discolored. Our experience was terrible this is our 3rd time booking and never experienced this. The properties are going down hill won't be back ‼

Overall a great place to stay
Overall a great place to stay. Suggestions for improvement would be to provide at least two towels, washcloths per person for stays of at least three days. With the hot tub and daily showers, I feel this a necessity. Also, provide coffee filters for the coffee pot, as most people probably don't think about those types of things.
terribly maintained cabin
Extremely disappointed with the quality of our cabin. After several attempts to a manager the only resolve was new blankets. Floor boards are coming up from floor. Ceiling fan is falling apart. Months if not years of dust accumulated on decor. Mismatched curtains. Filthy deck. We have stayed with this company is the past. We were please, but this has ruined staying with this company. We will be looking else where. Only good thing about our cabin was the view.
First time visitors
This was our first time to visit the Smoke Mountains and my wife and I are so happy we chose the Smoky Mountain Cabins as our destination. The accommodations were comfortable and the views were fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
This place are thieves
This place are thieves. I had to cancel for unforeseen reasons. Called to cancel. Don't get me wrong I expected to pay the room rental. Take a loss on that. But the lied and said that I agreed to something that I did not agree to. I ask 2 different people to prove it to me by sending me proof that I agreed to said things. Because I did read what I agreed for.
When I called to cancel (again expecting to lose the room fee) I was told that I had to pay $140.00 in a cleaning fee. Why clean something that is not used I have no idea. Than I have to pay approximately $70.00 in taxes. Seriously again on something I didn't use. I was trying to be as nice as possible. But is hard when the manager was extremely rude. The employee was only doing his job. Such a shame that they run a business in such a way.
I have yet to get my proof they both stated the e-mailed to me. It has been 3 hour so far.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. They got us checked in earlier than we planned on after driving 9+ hours. Cabin overlooked the mountains and it was so beautiful!! Will definitely be going back!!

The cabin was very beautiful. It was just like I pictured it. The area was nice and very peaceful.
The fabulous family vacation that almost wasnt..
The cabin was gorgeous and beautifully decorated!! The beds were exceptionally comfortable, as well! However, it was not the original cabin we chose.....as we found out after the fact, these rental cabins are often simultaneously "for sale". Our cabin was such a cabin and we were notified via EMAIL at 11PM that our cabin was no longer available bc it had been sold. We were offered a refund. This occured a week prior to our trip which was going to be over the Memorial Day Holiday weekend. You can imagine our dismay. After making several phone calls the following day, we were rebooked in a different cabin. However, after viewing it online, it was not as nice as the one we originally booked. So we called again to get it changed. We were accommodated and told that due to our inconvenience, we would be upgraded to a larger cabin for the same price. However, the new invoice didnt reflect this and we had to call, yet again, to correct it.
Like I said, the cabin was beautiful and we ended up having a great time, despite the initial stress.
Bottom line, though, if I had known the cabin was for sell when we rented it and all the stress we endured as a result, I would have chosen a different cabin rental company. Because of this, I dont think I'll be renting from them, again.
As a side note, we have been renting cabins in Gatlinburg for years. We have never had anything like this happen to us when using other companies.....
