TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Product did not come on time.
Contacted company who advised it was left at a dropoff location. I advised there was no way to get to the dropoff location and was assured package would be left at home but never arrived.
Customer service was rotten. Never again on purchasing from this company!

INCOMPETENT UPS SHIPPING

It may be unusual for a recipient of your service to comment here but I believe CadoFrance have an unwarranted trust in their shipper - UPS. My son's parcel was not delivered on the agreed date and when he queried why this was, he was told that he had given the wrong address. This was not true as the address was perfect as written back to him by CadoFrance. It is in fact a remarkably easy address to find but apparently UPS drivers don't appear to carry GPS and CadoFrance told me - unbelievably - that some of them don't even carry telephones!! One wonders how they talk to their HQs!

Bad service

My delivery wasn’t sent on time Although I sent an email that it was my son’s birthday and I called them on the phone to make sure the gift will be delivered on time. When I called them to clarify the issue, the only thing they could do to make it up for me was to say sorry!!!!! I do not recommend this site and I surely will not work with them anymore

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would.
This website is nothing more than a scam.
You follow their directions on ordering and click all the right boxes but you are wasting your time and money. Your gift will never make it to the intended party and your card will be charged.
This company is nothing more than a bunch of criminals.

Tried to send a gift to some good friends who were renewing their vows under the Eiffel Tower. Gift never made it. But you better believe my card was charged.
Bunch of crooks!!!!

Never again

This Company let me down big time.
Not recommended at all!
I chose them because they promised to deliver the birthday gift to my sister on a Friday. The only day when my sister would have got it.
Everything seemed ok, regarding the tracking information the parcel got delivered! Unfortunately that wasn't true. I then tried to contact the delivery company and I was told the tracking number wasn't correct and the parcel didn't belong to them!
I emailed Cardofrance they never came back to me. Finally I could manage to call them I was told they would investigate what happened. They disappeared again.
The second time when I had to ring them they sorted out a refund for me. Please do not choose them unless you want your flower and gift disappear and never make that person happy who you wanted to surprise.

Where is my order ?

I ordered a box of chocolates and flowers for my god daughter for her 16th birthday to be delivered on her actual birthday as I couldn’t be there in person on the day .I had an email confirming that the order was shipped but it never arrived .
So I left a review on trust pilot explaining exactly what had happened giving my order number and my details.
I had an immediate respond from them apologising and promising to look into it to see what has happened and if they could remedy the problem. I was very impressed by the follow-up as they emailed me back within 12 hours saying that they were unable to find out what had gone wrong with the delivery in France and asking if I wanted them to try again or did I prefer a full refund instead.
I asked for a refund since my goddaughter was already back in England by now and the refund was made within three working days so I’ve given them three stars because I thought the customer relations was brilliant and I now think that my order going wrong was not necessarily their fault .Hopefully they will now be using a better delivery company so that when you make an order you can trust in it being delivered .
