The gift was delayed and on my end I had no way of really tracking where it was. The tracking number I had and the one the person receiving the gift had were different. Overall, the gift arrived 24hrs late but was enjoyed!

Great and dependable service
My Daughter live in Paris, and I wanted to surprise her on Valentine day and I ordered a gift from Cadofrance, and I did not know what to expect. And I was so happy that the gift arrived on time and not only that, we video chatted when my daughter opened the gift and it was perfect timing.

Terrible service
Terrible service. Did not receive an email stating my flowers had been delivered. The flowers did not have a note of who they were from and they were thrown over a fence and destroyed. Refund and/or replacement flowers were not given. Terrible business practices.
