Unimpressive gift of flowers
While the flowers arrived on time they were a fairly pathetic little bunch, half dead and the vase they were supposed to be in did not arrive.

Despite leaving a mobile number - delivery vendor didn’t attempt call and dropped the parcel at a far away deposit location. No rhe birthday girl still hasn’t received her gift...I had to reach out to find where they left it... no pro active note left at destination.
