Great client service

I made an order through the cadofrance website. I realise the gift would not arrive in time for Christmas and asked to cancel the order. I was refunded very promptly with an excellent client service unlike other sites like floraqueen.com or giftbasketfrance.com

undelivered

I decided to surprise my family in France. But my experience is not good at all!
First, delivery was 2 days late then I received an email today saying my order was delivered and recipient name was absent .

The delivery man did not even call the recipient and when I asked them to check outside they didn't see any delivery. I called customer service and didn't get any help. She just kept saying she can not do anything because on their record it was already delivered. Can someone let me know what to do next?

It was such a waste of time, effort and money . It is just sad when you are just trying to uplift someone spirit by sending them gifts after being sick from Covid and they didn't even receive it.

I'm sure the customer care department was trying to help you, however they have to follow the company procedure and they're in between you and the transport company. If certain proof, details and documents can be shared they can always try to find the most suitable solution in any case.

Pathetic

Flower were ordered online but no delivery wad made. Firstly when I called they said address is incorrect so I gave them address again and then again they had same problem. How can on this earth they can't find the address in Aix En Provence where we never had problems with DHL, UPS or anyother deliveries. Now they are asking us to go and collect the followers from a place which is 50mins far from our place. Seems like they are fraud who take your money and then no customer service. Pathetic service.

Even if there doesn't seem to be an address problem at the first sight, tracking updates and courrier info might show that differently. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

This service is CATASTROPHIC. We waited over a week for our fruits to come, and once they came, over 75% of them were rotten. They gave us possibly 15$ worth of fruit when we paid 50&. THIS IS A HUGE SCAM! Never use a service like this in a country like France, where the post office often has delays. I will never use this site again, and strongly recommend others to follow suit. I would give a 0/5 stars if it were possible.

If the post office tried to deliver on Saturday as foreseen, but no one was there to accept and sign for te parcel, unfortunately, that is out of our hands.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered flowers for my partner to be delivered on Saturday (which I paid extra for). These were not delivered. They claim my partner contacted their delivery company and changed the day, which is impossible as this was a surprise as she didn’t know this was coming. They were to say thinking of her in these difficult times due to a family funeral. She had to go to the funeral on the Monday (6hrs drive away from where she lives). She will not be back until very late on Thursday and apparently the flowers have been delivered to a post office (not even her house) for collection since Monday...!?!

I am still trying to get a refund as the flowers will be wasted by the time she returns from a family funeral.

Upsetting times and they are insisting on a written singed confirmation from my partner that she didn’t contact the company to change the delivery.... how insensitive and utterly ridiculous.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Many thanks for your review. We're very sorry to read this feedback. We want you to know that our customer care department is always able to look for a suiteable solution, whatever the situation is. However, they have to follow some procedures especially if the customer and the transport company are saying contradictional things. Written confirmations can be part of that. We're normally not supposed to refund perishable items as explained in the terms and conditions on our website when a first delivery attempt fails.

In some cases we might make an exception but that needs to be investigated first. If it's incorrect information the transport company provided us with, we can always solve that for you. That has been taken care of for this case. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused and espcecially in this emotional time for the receiver. I wish you a lovely day.

Happy with the products but NOT happy…

Happy with the products but NOT happy with the charge of €25 for delivery. Also the fact that it could only be delivered on a Saturday, why?

Thanks for your feedback! Normally any day delivery (except for Sunday) can be chosen on our website. The saturday delivery charge is more expensive but certainly no the only option. Well received

I am located in Ireland, and the ability to select a delivery date was a major bonus here as this was a birthday gift to be delivered in France.
The process of ordering to actual delivery was straight forward, and I was kept up to date on my orders ever move via e-mail.
Delivery, was on time and more importantly my parcel was secure and in tact.
The gift itself was well received and from what I can gather exceptional value for money.
Would I order from Cadofrance again?, without a doubt.

Expectations exceeded

This is the first time I’ve used CadoFrance. I sent a gift to a friend and didn’t realise I had the wrong address until after the order had been placed. They promptly updated this for me and the gift arrived the same week. The customer service is great.
