The service was very easy to use from the United States to send a gift. I like that the gifts varied in prices. I would have given five stars if it had been delivered to their residence but because they had to pick it up they did not get the gift until after Christmas because the shop was closed. But otherwise a perfect option for sending a gift to friends in France and I will definitely use them again in the future. Merci!

Not tasted the wine yet, Cote du Rhone red is my favourite, but feel sure the pedigree of the Bordeaux red from a vineyard dating back to 1883 will be equally satisfying, All round an excellent gift.

Easy to do
I found the website easy to use, finding the product and ordering was hassle free. I received regular updates on what was happening with the delivery. The delivery did slip a little and the package was delivered 2 days later than expected but still in time for Christmas.

I had ordered a breakfast basket gift…
I had ordered a breakfast basket gift and flowers for my daughter's birthday. I was informed that the packages have been received by the guardian of the building on 24th November, this was totally untrue. The package was delivered on 26th November and ruined the surprise. This is not accepted as the order was done so that it reaches on time and on the occasion. I am very unhappy and upset with this. I want a refund of the amount since as promised the package was not delivered on time.
