Tom was fantastic and provided a brilliant service - he supplied us with all of the information we needed in plenty of time but didn't overload us with more than was necessary. This also applied to his communication style in that we never felt we had to chase for anything, but we also didn't feel bombarded with communication - very balanced and appreciated. In addition, Tom was extremely responsive (refreshing) and efficient in answering our queries and proactively kick-starting different parts of the process. Couldn't have asked for anything more and will absolutely recommend to others/use again in the future!

If you need a mortgage broker in Falmouth or Cornwall then definitely get in touch with Tom.
