They up graded me, and the service was just fantastic from the service desk, to the man working the yard. All with smiles on their faces and so friendly. Car was clean and just great. Perfect part of my 5 day trip around Cairns. Would highly recommend, prices were great as well. Loved the whole part of dealing with them, to easy just what you need on holiday

After booking my first ever flight with Tiger, I figured we would be running late and allowed a couple of hours extra and made my booking with Hertz to suit. All went well with Tiger and we actually arrived 15 mins early.
Hertz were able to supply car early and extend the booking by a day, Thank You.
Flight back @ $100 with Tiger left at 00.55am, Dropped car off at 10.00pm

The car was clean and really good on fuel. Staff excellent even though they were really busy, apologized every time the phone rang.

I booked car for one day, I picked it up around midnight at airport and returned it in different place next day. Price was good, no special fees so no problems at all.

Expected a less than perfect car as we went for a cheaper option but were pleasantly surprised by the car and the service. The actual hire process was swift and fuss free.

I didn't get time to book a car before I left so I just checked online when I was in cairns. Thought I would try a different service with fingers crossed. Their. Quote was very reasonable and turned out to be quite good the car was perfect for my purpose. They were friendly even when I changed my return time and they dropped me out at the airport no charge which was great

Very helpful when booking over the phone. I'd just rang another company previously who were quite unhelpful and I didn't know what I was doing having not used car rentals previously. Ace explained what I was getting and costs involved much better.

You should get a vehicle from Hertz whenever you require a car.
