Cake Inn's pista cake, crafted by Zil, was a delightful treat! The distinctive pista flavour shone through in every bite. Its texture was a dream – light and fluffy, with moist layers that melted like snow. The presentation was also lovely, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. Overall, a wonderfully baked cake that I would highly recommend.

Very nice and very taste

Reserved a cake for New Years and was delighted with it. Helped make our celebrations extra special considering a number of people were not drinking, having a cake was a special treat.
The team in the shop were lovely, really friendly and chatty. Will definitely be back for our next special cake occasion.

The price of the cakes is affordable

I had ordered a mango cheese cake online and while picking up the order at the Dagenham location. I asked if there are any cupcakes available during the pickup and was told they can prepare the m at the back. I purchased half dozen mixed cupcakes and was told to wait 15-20 minutes for preparation. After about 20 minutes I was notified they're ready. While collecting them the person at the counter said there was no vanilla frosting so they put chocolate frosting on all the cupcakes (mixed fruit cupcake, red velvet cupcake). I asked how come the red velvet one has chocolate as well, did they not have any cream cheese frosting. Upon which I was told "it'll taste better with chocolate". All the cupcakes were chocolate with chocolate frosting and the 2 red velvet cupcakes were "red velvet" with chocolate frosting. Essentially, the whole order not correct, and instead of confirming with me (I was waiting on location) whether they should go froward with the order with the missing toppings and flavours I was just told in the end. It was very disappointing as I had to present the cupcakes to guests and they tasted bad. I had already paid prior so I didn't make a big deal about it and left the store with what was given.
