Callout mate  

Do not pay Contractors- stay clear. They charge the customer approx £200 but can only afford to pay contractors £80, that's if they pay them! Save your money people and call a local firm to attend for half the price.
No longer answering their phone to us chasing numerous outstanding payments. Shocking, Crooks!

Please stay clear out this company . They do not pay the contractors !!!!!

Beware all tradesmen these people don’t pay the contractors.
They have moved offices and phone number is disconnected!!

Contractors do not do any work for this company, they do not pay! We have sent emails, letters and also tried to call them but they do not answer the phone.

Reviewed previously and can confirm that they
DO NOT PAY CONTRACTORS!!
The email and telephone numbers are all the same on my email as on website.
I will continue to review until I am contacted/paid by Calloutmate.

Do not pay the contractors. The contractor when payment not received will invoice and chase the customer for it.

It’s then the customer who will need to chase call out mate

Unpaid tradesmen
Did job in march told me will be paid by Friday since every time I call lady say accountant is not in so can’t pay and email to Chris who is director. This company shouldn’t be trading.

Absolute rubbish, don't have any engineers, just phone round and get anyone. Don't even check if they're qualified!

Same experience as other contractors, did jobs for these at the start of February and had no payment. Absolute con artists.....avoid!!!

I have completed two jobs for this shambles of a company and would give them 0 stars if it was an option. I’m still owed for the second one and work was completed 2 months ago. Just hollow promise and no response via email. I wouldn’t recommend anyone requests or accepts jobs from these con artists.

Can't give a 0 otherwise I would this company are absolute cowboys (they actually make the cowboys look credible)! CONTRACTORS DO NOT DO ANY WORK THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Did a job back in November last year and invoice them for £80. Have tried to contact them but have got no response. I did manage to get through to a woman called Laurela who said she would pass on to a manager but now find they have blocked my number. This company are an absolute disgrace please steer clear from them!!

They do not pay there subcontractors. Stay away

No Payments to tradesmen
I did job for call out mate and they said I’ll be paid in few days which is Friday still no payment when called for payment no answers. Be aware tradesman and house owners

No payment fraud company
I been called to cover a job I cover their job o payment called so many times but no answer, I hope my review helps others to stay away from this fraudulent Company.

Did a job and never got paid. Chased and chased payment and was kept being told to "Call back tomorrow for update"

Scammers they called me to a job back in begining of February it's nearly April and I still haven't been payed. They took £250 from the customer and was agreed I would do it for £135 but haven't seen any of it absolutel scammers

Call out mate asked me to go to a job Still have not been paid this is 3 weeks ago keep ringing but the phone cuts off don't trust these people they are con merchants
