Kelly provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me get my CallTools account fully set up. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism are appreciated. Love their support team!

Excellent service. Had an issue last night, around 1 am, was trying to figure out some issues with the campaign. Got a call back at 9 am on the dot working on my case. Bari was able to walk me through, some features, and got my report done before the lunch meeting.
