I found this to be a very uncomfortable experience in what is essentially a damp cupboard in a gym. Not relaxing at all, actually painful at times and very expensive. Was left to brush through my own wet hair as it became so full of knots during the treatment (they blow dry it for only a couple of mins so it stays wet).
