Great van hire
Great van hire, new vehicle was a joy to drive. Received my deposit back 6 days after returning the vehicle, a bit slow which worried me and knocks a star off but everything else was great.

I can only apologise it took a while for you to receive your deposit and I can understand your concern. As in your case, when everything is fine with the returned vehicle we normally advise this can take 2-3 working days. I see you have a reservation with us in the next few weeks so hopefully we can show you this is normally the case.
