The proper way to earn loyal customers
Excellent service! I got caught in traffic once on my way to pick up a vehicle and was going to be late; the staff were incredibly kind and waited for my arrival for 10 minutes after closing.
While the prices are ever so slightly higher, the pick up process is much simpler and quicker compared to others (drop off is about the same). And you can't find a place that has employees that dedicated to customer satisfaction, which is well worth the extra few pounds on the final bill.

Great value and quality.
I've rented several vans and cars from CCV over the past 3 years both for work and recreation. I'm always very happy with the great service and prices they consistently provide. Vehicles are always relatively new and prices are the best in Cambridge. Highly recommended.

These people will hire you a vehicle rather nicely
Everything from online booking to drop off was easy, all the staff I encountered were friendly and the vehicle was in excellent condition. If we're struggling for criticisms, someone could maybe have de-bugged the van windscreen but that's kinda a stretch. All round very impressed and would definitely return if necessary.

Fine for an inexpensive rental

I have checked and the Volkswagen you hired did have a CD player in it so I am sorry you were unable to get this working during your rental.
Unfortunately we don't have fixed bike points like you would find at Tesco, but we do have an area where you can leave your bike locked up which is locked outside of our opening hours.
I apologise if you do not feel you were shown enough of the controls of the vehicle when you collected. We want all our customers to be confident with the basic controls before they leave.
Its unfortunate you feel you did not have the best rental experience with us because I feel your issues could have been resolved when you collected your vehicle or during your rental had you let us know.
Hopefully you will come back to us again so we can ensure you have a better rental experience with us.
