100%fraud - again a Spanish webshop, Please suit them.

This is pure SCAM!
We bought and payed for a BYD HVM 22,1 kWh residental battery, value EUR 8 636,38. No delivery! Web site disappered, communication from their side stop.
History:
Oct 6th, 2022: Enter our profile at the Camgox home page
Oct 16th, 2022. Acknowledgement from Camgox on our order of the BYD HVM battery.
Oct 24th, 2022. Our payment was done from our bank (Swe bank Handelsbanken) to Tropicano systems sl via Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. om 8 636,38 EURO.
October 25th, 2022. Camgox confirm the shipment of our goods. Live tracking was offered through shipsello.com.
Nov-Dec, 2022. Update on live tracking. Goods are moving (slowly) from Spain to Sweden.
December 5, 2022. Kurt T. | Shipsello Customer Support state thet the goods is in Sweden and is planned to be delivered to the customer´s adress Dec 7th.
December 25th, 2022. We notice that both the Camgox and Shipsello websites were removed.

January, 2023. We are currently in contact with our bank and make a police report (to the Swedish police) about fraud.

We ordered a DSLR camera in October - never arrived. We emailed with Camgox and shipsello several times, got many promises for 'next week delivery'.
In the middle of December they both disappeared.

100% Fraud!

We lost a lot of money. After waiting for weeks for our package to arrive and many mails to Camgox, we now see that website is offline and we get no respons to our emails. Website Camgox.com and the tracking website shipsello are offline. What can we do?

Is it possible to find out who is after the bank account Tropicano System?
It Seele to be an bank account at the Bilbao bank in Madrid.

Same thing. Package never arrived from 17/11/22 when deposit has been made until 31/12/22. Lost my money. My last 3 emails never answered. Mr Klaus Hoffmann seems to be a ghost. Phone is always on loop. Someone sue them, a lawyer or something else.

I was ripped off at 2480 euros. I made a bank transfer to the indicated company. If anyone can help a citizen of Spain report this company. The Bank also helps with crime, because it allows someone to have a company name associated with a fake account. I'm Portuguese, I don't have a way to trigger the quick process. Someone alert the authorities in Spain please.

As other have described, our order at camgox was tracked by website shipsello, it showed our package moving slooowly across europe until at some point in December when both Camgox and Shipsello websites just went offline.
We lost thousands of euro. Please fill suit at european level like we'll do. Can contact ECC-net for instance.

Our order was never delivered by Shipsello. Websites of Camgox and Shipsello have both disappeared in recent days. No one at Camgox answers the phone or replies to emails.
We have been defrauded of a sum in excess of Eur 10K. If you are interested in a class action, you may contact me on +356 79710333.

Similar experience, the package sent by shipsello arrived in Bratislava on 7.12, but it did not reach me.

Dont buy anything, you will lost money and time! I lost over 2000 euros there, Its 100% scam!

Delivery by shippsello , intermediary for DPD apparently

The tracking function suggests that the package is making progress - in my case for 2 months across Europe. International order .. In the end, the package appears to be in a DPD distribution center in my country and it comes "scheduled for delivery", which sounds like delivery on the last mile - but if it's there for 3 weeks.

You can ask by email and will be put off. shipsello

You don't get a package number from DPD, although the tracking claims that the package is sent via this shipping service.
Contacted DPD HQ -- No package for me, the number means nothing , emails to shipsello no longer answered .. phones not ringing
