Terrible website. Has vans on from months ago that have obviously sold and not bothered being taken down. No response to any of my enquiries. Don’t waste your time buying or selling on here. Company “support line” goes straight to voicemail every time. Shocking.
Company contacted me after finding my van for sale on another website. After purchasing their premium package and uploading. I found there to be two big adverts in the middle of my description of the van. Contacted Campervans.co.uk and the CEO responded with that they run tests and have found no detrimental effect on having two big ads in the middle of the description people are trying to read. I asked for a refund. Assuming he would take my ad down and refund me. He did not respond. So I emailed again... to no response. Have gone on the website to find my van listing not even on the front page as I paid for. My partner done a test email through the contact and it didn't even send through. Poor professionalism. Terrible responses via email. And got very little views from the website. Not worth your time and money.
Your site has such little exposure compare to other sites for the same price ,I felt like it was burning my money and would never recommend to someone else unless it was someone I really disliked.
