Experience hasn’t been great. Our first booking was cancelled and now I’ve had to find another van at peak season and have had to pay more. I have also had enquiries go unanswered which isn’t helpful when trying to secure something at peak season.

Very easy and seamless to book
Very easy to book and set up communication with the trailer tent owner was very clear very safe felt very secure and that I was going to get a quality service and then the experience on the day was super easy. Everything was as described and felt it was good value for money because we were a bit worried about weather and the time it would take to set up pack down and it was all amazing.

They wanted to get a lot of money out of my insurance because of some damage to the vehicle. I thought initially this is a scam, but actually after explaining I took the biggest insurance and this should be covered by the insurance, they agreed and actually sent money back to me.
So all and all, I can actually advise their services, but be persuasive when they try to get your money.

avan hire-the first thing i noticed was the very dirty presentation externally. internally very dirty as well. EVERY THING needs serious cleaning-walls, curtains, windows, microwave, water damage
