It's a Good Thing!!

It provided us (my grandson and myself) with the markers that we needed to see what our food intolerances are. It will help us to move forward with better food choices.

This is the third time that I purchase…

This is the third time that I purchase the food intolerance test (2019, 2022, and 2025). The test is very informative, and great value for the investment.

This time the test results were presented in a format where all food items were listed with a Green, Yellow or Red dot next to it. In the past the report included a section with all Red (higher sensitivity) items in one section, all Yellow (mild sensitivity) in another, followed by a full list. This year ONLY the full list with colored dots were provided, both my adult sons are color blind and they could not interpret their results. Approximately 8% of men are color blind, I think this is a substantial market to consider.

This site is a total scam

This site is a total scam, they take your money and then don't send you the product. They don't respond to emails or phone calls.

Don't waste your money with these guys.

I got my results pretty quickly

I got my results pretty quickly, and was surprised at some of my results. But now I am seeing that things are making more sense when it comes to some of the foods I was eating, and now that I know that I am sensitive to certain foods, I can adjust my diet accordingly.

They never respond to emails

They never respond to emails. Sent an email from their contact website twice no response. I sent my sample in back in November. I have yet to receive any information regarding it. I keep checking the status on the website and it does not update. So disappointed

Terrible

After I made an order , I decided to change my mind. I send an email asking to cancel the order , after 5 minutes of purchase . No one responded back to my email. Tried to call and didn’t get through to anyone. Highly disappointing . I’ll be sure to write my reviews on all platforms .

Lovely response from the company ….. why not ask for my order number or email I made my purchase with?

This Company is a Fraud

I ordered my kit in July of 2024 and as of December 2024, I still have not received it. I wrote to the company twice, asking for a refund or my kit, and have not heard back either time.

Hi Michelle, thank you for your review. As per all our 1 star review replies, our website and confirmation emails you would have received after ordering we do not send a kit out for the tests. All the info is on the website on how it works.

Could you also confirm your email address as i cannot see any emails from yourself.

Everything seemed to be true to form. More information on the more confusing items would be beneficial for comprehension. It's also unclear how to correspond with questions.

I bought the food intolerance kit

I bought the food intolerance kit on the Oct 28th and have not received any instructions or kit on what to do next. I haven’t gotten any results and I haven’t gotten a kit to send in my sample. I’m very disappointed as I was hoping to receive either an email or some kind of instruction after purchase, which I did not receive.

Sorry for any confusion, as per the "how it works" section on our website and the confirmation email that are sent after ordering we do not send a kit out for the tests.

Bullshit company with bullshit tests

Bullshit company with bullshit tests. Did 3 twsts within 1.5 months, they all showed different results. Do not waste your money.

Its actually stipulated in our T&C's that we don't recommend on testing in a short space or time but thank you for leaving a review rather than coming to us and asking why the results may vary.

I cancelled my order 60 seconds after…

I cancelled my order 60 seconds after the transaction was completed. I have heard nothing. I do not feel comfortable sending a genetic sample to an unknown lab in the US. you have kept my money and not provided any service. Hopefully you’ll act when you read this but I doubt it.
