Our agent Brenda Hiebert is Awesome! She always goes the extra mile to help us with any questions or help with computer apps we may need ! We have been dealing with her for the last 15 years and have always had great vacations. She knows us and what we enjoy! She is always pleasant and very professional.

I dealt with two separate agents on separate occasions due to my schedule, but I can vouch for the professionalism, integrity, and swift work that both Kylie Salazar and Kelly Johnson do. Recently I booked a trip to California--was pleasantly surprised as I received a swanky upgrade for my ride (Thanks, Kelly!). Kylie is an avid hunter and found me an excellent flight deal for myself and my two children. She considered the flow of the trip, and layover time (what is reasonable for a family). Thanks Kylie! Top notch agents!!

I booked a trip four months in advance. Agent assured me she would send my travel package (documents) but did not. I had the wrong date on my dayplanner (various destinations were discussed). I was busy till a couple days before my understood departure date... I checked a couple days before and found out I MAY have had the wrong date. I could not communicate (to confirm) with them since it was Saturday afternoon and I missed my flight. I lost two days of an all inclusive and had to pay $800+ for another flight. I was treated very rudly by agent, President didn't even return my 8+ calls. The GM was nice though... but her hands were tied by her boss.

Our travel agent Carly, was patient and thorough when we sat down with her to find the perfect flights for our destination and return trip. We had exceptional flight times with very little layover time at each airport. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our travel questions. Carly also found the best deal for airfare that was possible at the time. She gave us coupons and had numerous recommendations for different things related to our trip. We were very impressed and would definitely use this Travel Agency (Agent) again for future trips.

I HAVE USED Canada One Travel for at least 8-9 trips overseas and
rate them my first choice to make travel arrangements for me.

Over many years of booking our cruises, we found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable in all aspects of travel and very friendly.

I had a great trip but it was my first with this company so nothing to compare.

Our agent put together a great itinerary including wonderful well situated hotels. Only had to give her our wishes once and then the trip and travels were planned and executed, Great service.

Trips are oragnized and are good. However, my last trip to Ireland we had a terrible escort. Her sister was travelling with the group and basically we never saw her and was not given any support. The insulting thing was once we were home and waiting for our luggage at the airport, she actually said to me “ nice travelling with you”. It was very upsetting when I never had any interaction with her. They need to insure that escorts are qualified and interested in doing their job.

Have used them for many vacations, always provide trips at best price posted online and if there is ever any issues associated with trips, they are available to help you get on your way and very professional and efficient. Also good at suggestions to make your accommodations more custom suited. Not just a pkg deal.
