The order arrived on time to the USA and exactly as described. I do not believe in ""updating"" (and I use that term loosely) my prescription every single year, giving them more money for no reason. I'm glad there are still online retailers that do things the correct way, if you get what I mean. 100% would purchase again if they keep their policy the same.

Arrived much faster than estimated. I didn't have a need to ever contact anyone about anything after the order. The boxes were exactly what I ordered and I just put a new pair in today. Couldn't ask for better service. In the follow-up email they clearly state if something isn't quite right or not as expected they will do whatever it takes to make it right. That's always a nice thing to know. I relied on a different country for my contacts and quickly found out recently hardly anyone is shipping contacts to USA anymore. After a genuine panic attack (can't afford to get a renewed prescription just yet) I found this company. Felt like a miracle. Highly recommend!

We could have got a better price in US but would have had to go for an eye test. Paid an extra $29 to get them faster before leaving on vacation.

I was hesitant to utilize a mail order company for my contacts, but my exam lapsed by a week and I think having an exam every time you need to re-order your contacts is a scam and a huge inconvenience - especially when you are not experiencing any sight loss or problems with your current prescription and lens manufacturer or material. I placed my order and unfortunately did not include my street address. After a week and still no lenses I called Fresh Lens and EUREKA!! Somebody actually answered the phone! It only took a few moments before Robert let me know that the address was incomplete (I forgot to put the street name) and he would check on his end to see where the package was and work towards getting the contacts delivered. Long story short, I received an email from Beth C to make sure they had the correct address this time. I updated my address (I'm traveling) and the contacts arrived a few days later. I have found that we (humans) get frustrated by people asking questions or (heaven forbid) helping by taking our time to do so. Fresh Lens is the opposite of cold, callus, complacent, lazy customer service. This is a solid company. I will make sure all of my friends on Facebook and every person I meet, who has need of contacts, uses this company. Bravo, Fresh Lens...bravo;)
