Horrible scam
Horrible scam. Can’t cancel without logging in and they won’t send me a password reset. No phone number no live service. $45 per month now I have to go launch a dispute with visa.

Overpriced, ineffective, money grab
They recently increased their subscription rate from 40 dollars to 80 dollars per month. This is a ridiculous rate for what it is. Quality and professionalism of many of the “nannies” (literally any person can post an ad) is poor They’ve also just added a feature where users can leave reviews after 5 messages are exchanged. So if I communicate or end communication in a way that displeases any of the people I’m corresponding with they can leave a review that decreases the effectiveness of the overpriced 80 dollar ad I purchased before this feature was added. Terrible business model, terrible overpriced service.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1star. I’m convinced it’s a scam. These people aren’t screened. There’s no customer service. You will see ads where people haven’t been active for a week but reality is it could be inactive for months, but it will say a week or less amount of time to look credible & hopeful. Did a month - called and messaged multiple ppl, zero responses. Huge waste of $, time and hope. SCAM company- I should have checked reviews prior. My fault.

Don't fall for this stupid scam website
What a useless website. I clearly chose one month subscription but they put me on something called "auto renewal" and didn't care to inform me that they will be charging me again the next month.
Absolutely hopeless website. I got no benefit of it other than my money being wasted.
Beware and stay away. Also I emailed them for a refund but they were abruptly declined it. Horrible horrible service

Don’t use Canadian nanny.ca
Whatever you do don’t use Canadian nanny.ca! I recently put a profile up - paid 111 dollars and received 3 enquires - none of which were qualified. Canadian nanny.ca then continued to take money out of my account every quarter and refused to refund it. Even when asked to refund the day and cancel my account they continued to send me emails pointing me to terms and conditions. On top of that there is no phone service at Canadian nanny.ca so they do not talk over the phone. Canadian nanny is a very sketchy company and I would avoid at all costs!!
