We purchased our hot tub from the Canadian Spa Company this week. The sales, support and delivery teams were amazing. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Our tub was good value and seems to be great quality. Thank you to Troy, Xavier and the whole team! We have purchased three tubs over the years and the Canadian Spa Company is the only company that we'd use again, without a second thought! Thanks again

Delivery very fast, easy to install

We bought our Thunder Bay spa eight years ago, and it still looks like new. Even though it is way out of warranty, the Canadian Spa customer service has been amazing - most problems have been resolved over the phone free of charge. We needed a new control panel this year - their engineer drove for two and a half hours to our place to fix it, all at very reasonable cost. They are really great hot tubs, with great backup.

We recently bought a spa from Canadian Spa company.
The Spa arrived on time as arranged but unfortunately there was a problem with the control Panel. We contacted the company and spoke to Troy and Adam. They were extremely helpful and bent over backwards to get the problem sorted. The customer service was excellent and it was quickly resolved after a visit from an Engineer. Despite our initial problem The Spa is wonderful and I would highly recommend the company they were professional and responded Quickly and Efficiently to our Queries.

Purchased the hot tub a few years ago works fine. Buying replacement part, jets covers etc is a complete nightmare. they simply have no control systems nobody ever knows where the order is in the process and somebody else on holiday is always dealing with it. I would not recommend this company for after service as it is non existent

We recently needed help with monitoring, adjusting and maintaining correct water management for our home spa. Nothing was too much trouble and our questions were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner.
We have had our spa for just one year and during that time have phoned on a number of occasions for help and advice and have always been afforded a knowledgeable response.

Garry was a very nice man and the tub seems to working very well, he sorted out a few problems.

I dealt with Tony, super knowledgeable and keen to ensure we got the right spa, great customer experience from the outset. Competitively priced and most importantly was able make arrangements for the install within 4 days of us placing the order which was amazing !!! I did a fair amount of research before I bought the spa and what prompted me to contact Canadian Spa is the fact that they are a well established private company - I didnt want to deal with a company that would not be able to provide the appropriate level of servicing and support, once the warranty period passes, as I expect my spa to last for a good 10 years+. The installation team were professional and flexible, they also had great product knowledge which was helpful as I had a fair few questions, notably when they'd completed the install athey cleaned up brilliantly and I was simply left with a wonderful new hot tub - overall a great customer experience!

Purchased our new muskoka spa with Troy, he was polite and very helpful in answering questions that we had. On day of delivery Tony phoned to let us know our driver was running a bit behind but would still arrive that day. Gary turned up later in day setting up the spa as required and also giving us alot of advise and tips with it. We had our spa within 3 days and have been enjoying it ever since. Would definitely recommend this company

Fantastic!
We dealt with Tony from the start and he was so helpful and accommodating. We had to put delivery back from the initial delivery date and Tony and the team were so helpful and understanding.
We had Gary install the spa and he was great, he turned up on time and gave us great advice on using our spa.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I have one of their hot tubs, and I have used it for approximately 10 months in total over the last 2 years, and it’s about to be taken out with a crane and sent to the dump, the service is non existent, here is my most recent contact with customer service, my latest issue is a bad capacitor and now they want to sell me that whole pump that is attached to a 22$ capacitor! ARGGGGG. Cheap Chinese crap.
its your money, if you want to enjoy it, sit by the fire pit and burn it up slowly….

We had purchased a Toronto spa which unfortunately developed a fault. Luckily we dealt with Tony at Canadian Spa who was really helpful and professional and arranged for a replacement speedily and without any quibbling/hassle. On delivery date Craig and Joseph arrived and removed the defective tub and installed the replacement again without any problems in a professional manner. Thanks to all involved especially Tony who removed any stress from the situation. Would definitely recommend - the tub is great!

My inflatable spa had a defective liner, which the company replaced within a week free of charge. Their customer service is excellent.

Delighted with our new Yukon hot tub. It is a quality product, and very well made.
