Bought two sweaters from this company, one ordered for my wife was correct but the one I ordered for myself wasn’t even close, wrong sweater altogether. I sent multiple emails asking how to resolve the issue, got the run around for a month. Their end solution was to gift it to a friend, and offered just 5% of my money back. I found this unacceptable, I wanted what I paid for or my money back in full. Terrible customer service. Highly recommend not wasting your money with these scammers.

i ordered two shirts from this company and it said they will arrive within 10-14 days, my card was charged immediately. Two weeks later, my order wasnt even sent. I tried to reach them by phone but there is no number. I emailed them and they said it was still processing and they would let me know when it ships. I said please refund me and cancel the order, they emailed back that i would have to pay a 10 percent restocking fee. I have filed a dispute. Terrible customer service

This company is a bunch of rip off artists! When you inquire about your order they tell you to call the post office. DONT do business with them, they are horrible.

Total scam...please don't fall for it..they will send you the wrong items or wrong colors and tell u it costs to much n takes to long to return n offer u 5% back as a slap in the face

Just to help people out before getting ripped off. This “company” is a fake overseas company who uses photos from the Buffalo Jackson Apparel & Leather Company. Do NOT get scammed by them. buffalojackson.com is the real apparel & leather company.

Order placed on 2/4/21 charged me that day product hasn't shipped yet and its 2/17/21. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I have emailed and messaged and received the response they were on vacation until 2/16/21. Sent another message 2/17/21 and received their bounce back that they would be out until 2/16/21. POS company!!!

The worst quality EVER!!!
I ordered my husband what looked like a nice thick heavy duty fleece. What I got was a tissue paper thin shrunk ghetto looking POS!!
Not to mention I ordered in the first week in December and received it the second week in February. -10 stars!! Save your money and ordered from the USA!

The product I received was the wrong color and size. I emailed them several times and still have not received a response. This company is garbage!

I have sent several emails trying to get the shipping information to return an item. I have been told in three separate emails they they "recommend" I give this item to a friend or relative. If I coild.give this company negative zeros I would.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Wish I would have read these reviews sooner. Lost $85 bucks to this scam! Says my order shipped with a bogus tracking number. No replies to my calls or emails. Do NOT order from here.

I dont even want to give them one star. What a joke. Took 2 months to get here and when I emailed them for updates they wouldn't respond. They finally responded after I filed a claim with paypal. They then created a shipping label and never shipped. 2 weeks later after more contact with paypal they created new shipping label and package showed up. The shirts were not even what I ordered and the quality is horrible. Another call to paypal and hopefully they will be able to help me. What a joke.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!! looks great online, however the quality is garbage. I paid 174$ for 3 items, I emailed over and over to return immediately upon receiving and their customer service is awful. They wanted me to keep my items and recommend I regift them. The most they would offer was a 5% refund, that I doubt will ever come even at that. 100% do not recommend.

This company and product is a joke!
It all looks great on the website until you receive it!
The product looks NOTHING like the picture and the quality is so cheap.
But once you receive your horrible items that you paid to much money for good luck returning them! You can email as many times as you’d like and you might get an answer 3 weeks later with a response that goes something like “let’s figure out how we can resolve this for you before we go about a return “ it’s a joke

This place is terrible. Took two months to get order. The shirt s were not what they showed, cheap craftsmanship. The sizes were all wrong. They are a scam

My order arrived about 1 month late and looks NOTHING like the photo!! What was an orange stripe on a male shirt arrived absolutely pink. 👎🏻 You’re awful!

This company is awful. It took forever for me to receive my items which I expected but it was weeks before it was even shipped. The measurements are entirely incorrect and when I try to reach out to get information for returns they refuse to give me an address to return the items stating they believe it would be in my best interest to keep the items because it would take a long time for the return and be costly for the shipping.

Do not buy from this company!

if i can give them a zero rating i would. But this company is a scam do not EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE. They do not do refunds. They say hand the clothing to family or friends. To top it off I asked for a sweater and got a T-shirt. All the clothes are small. Your over paying for cheap material. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED

I subscribe all reviews here. Same thing: no customer service reply from an order that has no update since Dec 11.
Impossible to track down or get money back!
After having tried to cancel my ordee this was the reply I got:
Dear customer:
Thank you for your order. As your order has been arranged for processing and added inventory and shipment, the order cancellation of personal reasons has to be charged 10% service commission by paypal payment.
If you agree above, please contact us as soon as possible and 90% refund by original price will be returned to your account in 2 workdays.
Thanks for your understanding

I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE November NO PACKAGE NO HELP FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, I DAILY REPORT THIS COMPANY I CANT EVEN GET A REFUND.. I WILL CONTINUE TO HOUND AND POST BAD REVIEWS ANYWHERE I CAN FIND. I SOENT TO MUCH MONEY TO GET THIS SERVICE AND NO PRODUCT,
THEY HAVE BLOCKED MY EMAIL NOW ... THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!!

Update on my last review. I finally received the jacket I ordered. It took 1 month and 2 days to receive it. I never got an actual tracking number and the costumer service still sucks. I guess it’s not a scam but I would never order from this company again just because of the time it takes to receive a package and the customer service is trash. They need to learn how to respond to emails or get a phone number so people can complain!
