I have to give at least 1 star unfortunately. I was a lucky soul and placed my order using paypal.. SOOOOO I have filed a claim and should receive my $153 back.
I have had communication with them... asking patience etc... blah blah... Well thought .. I should check tracking.. SHOCKER... still only shows a label has been printed with a number.... Then click on store... and SHOCKER #2 ... store is closed

We finally got my order. But it’s not anything we ordered, let alone the correct brand. Nor does it look anything like the pictures. We took pictures, but can’t find a way to upload. This place is a complete fraud, which is evident with everyone else’s comments. I suggest as many people as possible contact the @business bureau to file a complaint about this
fraudulent company before more people get their money stolen from them. This is ridiculous and they need to be stopped!!! Complaint Confirmation

Scam! Do not order! Bought two items. Never showed up. I’m out $125. Can’t track them down. Links in my email order confirmation won’t open.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS A SCAM. I've been emailing the company since the day my order arrived (12/22/20). I purchased two men's shirts for Christmas gifts. I spent $72 for these items. When they arrived they looked nothing like what I ordered. The company finally responded to my emails (two weeks later) asking for photos of my order. I responded and sent the photos. I've yet to hear back again and have sent another email. This has been going on since 12/22/20. It is 1/14/21 and they have a 30 day return policy. SCAM!!!

Has anyone ever got there refund back from cananti?

It’s a scam! Don’t bother! They don’t respond to emails. It’s been over two months since we ordered something and no customer service what so ever.

Over $100 order placed and never received my items. Never could use the tracking I was given and am in dispute with my credit card right now to file a claim for fraud. Could never find a phone number for company & Now I can not even get on a website, its like it never existed!

I ordered mid-December and never was able to track my package. Then I got an email it was delivered and an Illinois address showed up to where it wen and I live in Iowa!! I emailed twice and no response and there is no phone number. And shocker.....now the site is unavailable!! Whoever is running this site is a fraud and I hope this all comes back to bite you hard in the ass!!! Thanks for taking my money with nothing in return!!

This website is a scam. The items are NOTHING like the pictures shown and they have not issued a refund.

I too ordered from this website in early December. I have not received my order, have not had responses to my email attempts and the tracking button does not work or give any tracking info. I’m afraid I’ve been scammed like the rest of you!!! Such a disappointment! Especially when it was a Christmas purchase.

Scam. The items aren’t what they appear to be. Some are women’s clothing. Make sure you order through PayPal, if you don’t wanna trust advice from unhappy customers.

It’s a China based company, that sends versions of what you see

As I too ordered Christmas gifts from here, to my displeasure, they were "supposedly" sent to another state as shown on my receipt however they never arrived. My attempts to email where it states also that someone will respond within 2 days? Nope, did not happen. So, I too have been scammed. Individuals who take such strides to rip off others will answer for such disgusting practices in the end.

**Update, we recieved the items. 34 days in transit.
They are a little different from the pictures, but none the less we recieved them...I can't upload side by side comparison photos on here. This company and website is a scam. Took me for over $100. The debit was made to my account immediately, but the items never came. repeated emails have not been returned. Facebook needs to remove their ads totally. Facebook is only facilitating the fraud. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This company located in Hong Kong is a scam! They have no intent in sending you the product but to only steel from you! Facebook needs to take the advertising down!

I purchased two shirts on Dec. 2 and have not received them. I was in formed they were shipped weeks ago however, the tracker is not working. In addition, I have sent 6 emails messages inquiring about my order’s status to there customer service address and so far no response!!! I would have to say, I have been scammed for $81.00.

I placed an order on December 10th, they took their money right away for sure. But, it is now January 5th, 2021 and I have yet to receive a tracking number. I have reached out to them in email on Dec 31st but have yet to hear from them. I ordered just under $250 worth in jackets!!! Do NOT buy from this company!!!!!!!! Can anybody say FRAUD!!!!

Yes, I know this company is from over seas. I ordered from another company over seas after this purchase on different items. And as I did receive after Christmas I was able to track without a problem. So, the excuse of the company being over seas is just BS.

If I do receive my order, I will adjust the stars and be a little nicer on my review. Let's see

I ordered on Nov 24 as a Christmas present. It is now Jan 4 and tracking (which is difficult to follow) says that it is ready to ship! This product website looks so very "American", but come to find out it is coming from China. Who knows when or if it will arrive!!!

I ordered and PAID for 3 items, however I only received 1 of the items. After contacting Cananti approximately 5 times via email and Facebook, their response is the same every time as if they are not reading my email. No phone number exists for customer service. The tracking shows a package was delivered - which it was - it just didn't have everything I paid for in it. They got me with the "spend over $69 and get free shipping". I spent $82 on 3 items, but only received one $30 item. I am reporting them to my credit card company as well as the BBB.

I've read other reviews where folks tried to post their frustrations on the Cananti facebook page, however the messages get removed.

I ordered a very large order just under $300 for Christmas gifts. It's been over a month I have emailed and got no response. No refund. Do NOT order from here
