As far as I know it’s a scam. Ordered December 5th, and the week prior to Christmas I emailed them inquiring about shipment and received nothing back but then received an email days later saying it had shipped. That was two weeks ago and nothing has arrived and I have no shipping number to track.

I ordered in Nov it took about three weeks, the tracking is difficult. You must know the product is not in the USA it comes from over sea's. When I got the product it is good. In fact my friends want one of the jackets. Just be patient.

Scam - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered in Nov and still have not received anything. I am referring this shell scam company to authorities in Canada and the US. Company has failed to answer any of my messages.

Total scam. Items never arrived. Fake tracking number also. Do not buy from them!!

It took 3 weeks to get my order and customer service didn’t get back to me when I asked about it initially, but I finally received it in today. It looks a bit different than pictured, but it is decent quality.

I placed an order in November and still haven't received. I tried to stop payment but had already processed and wouldn't let me. I have emailed numerous times and no response. I usually read reviews before ordering and this time I didn't.

This is a scam! Do not order from this site. No one will respond when you try to find out where the order is.

I ordered on 11/18/2020 was given a tacking number on 11/23 but it's not in the system. On 12/23/2020 I still don't have a package. Such a scam

Poor service I placed my order Nov 16 2020. Today is Dec 23 2020 and nothing has been received. 1st email I sent they responded right away and the next day my order said half of my products had been shipped. Since then they will not respond to my emails, tracking information is invalid.

DO NOT ORDER. My order was placed November 20th, today 12/21 I am still being told awaiting shipment. I've attempted to contact their email provided to only get a return email that could not be delivered. I have posted on their Facebook just for my comments to be erased. I was finally reached out to using fb messenger where the last message from them being there seems to be some confusion. No response in a week.

Ordered 3 items on 11/4 says it shipped. Cannot see tracking number, another POS company getting over on people.

Absolute SCAM!!! Do not place any orders! I have seen this company under more than 1 name. That speaks volumes! I am learning that there is zero customer service w regards to spent money and missing products. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!

Placed my order 11/17/20. Received notification of shipment on 12/14/20. Today 12/18/20 I tracked the number they gave me and it says “label has been created, not yet in system”. So it’s been “shipped” for 4 days now but printing the label is the only action that has taken place.

I ordered 2 items on 12/4/2020, I received an email saying it was out for delivery. I can’t track my items, and I still have not received my items. I’m probably going to dispute this at the bank and try and get my money back. This company pissed me off, they will never get an order from me ever again. I will also advise anyone who considers buying from this company to not do so!!!

I ordered something on Nov. 13 for a Xmas present. It’s Dec. 18 and nothing. I’ve emailed the company twice and no response and the “ track shipping “ shows nothing. This company sucks. Don’t order from it!

Ordered 11/4. Shows 2/3 items shipped 11/27 and arrived in California on 12/4. A label was created but no update on shipment and it is now 12/18. Also no update on 3rd item. Won't reply to emails either. I'm accepting this as a loss.

Ordered on 12/05 label was made and it STILL hasnt shipped. No number to find and the email on site does not work...shame on me for just ordering before checking out if the company was legit

BEWARE

Ordered a product on 12/2- it is now 12/17 and still not delivered. No way to call that I can find. Sent email and no response. On their website it has a way to track but does not give you a tracking number so there is no way to do that. Not a happy customer at this point.
