Rude,

Long story sort, my husband and I went in to the store my husband almost 50 ffs, the young man there with redish blond hair ,short with a beard,
Well my husband didn't have his id on him and my husband said to him oh well 🤷 I never had problems with that before, even when I carry my ID they just ask if I need anything else and I would buy what I went in there for,, I told him I never get I'd here and this is my go-too store when I visit saskatoon, but this time he forgot,
And ask his I could buy it using his elite account, so when I was paying, I told him I bet when one of your friends come im you don't I'd them , he got very offensive and told me and my husband never to come back at all, then I said I wanted to talk to his manger so he started yelling real loud, with anger ,yelling his manager name, she came to the front ,,
So I told her what he said ,
She just stood there didn't say anything but Huh, being dumb as she is, I said never mind was walking out,he yelling don't come back I said I won't you crack head, that what he look like , his ragged clothes he smelled like he didn't wash everyday, grease hair,, I promise I won't be going back, 🎶

Usually it's pretty decent and they're staff is pretty cool but as someone who has a cansell license i know and know a little bit about my green. Purchased dream Weaver and was highly disappointed. It' 100% taste like shake. Smells like shake, it doesn't smell like good. Robust pungent, fresh green, it smells stale Old Super dry lots of sticks are your opinion shaped? Sold and mark it as good green.We'll never make that mistake in and purchasing that .

Canna Cabana scam artists

I went to the Huntsville location 2 weeks ago to buy a vaporizer that lasted 10 days before the battery went dead, when I was back home in Mississauga.

I went to a Mississauga location to get a refund, and was told that they would not help me, and kept the defective vaporizer. The manager was an arrogant kid who just stood there and refused to talk to me.

When I called their head office, I was told by a rude woman that the defective product must be returned to the location where it was purchased and had to have the original packaging.

I tried to explain that canna cabana is in possession of my money, and the defective product, effectively returned, and she simply repeated herself saying it needed to be returned to Huntsville as if this company was franchised, and again they kept the defective vaporizer making it impossible to follow their idiotic policy.

This company is a division of High Times Inc, so if you have complaints or want to escalate your matter,ale your threats and demands to the parent company who is publicly traded, canna cabana is simply a trade name.

In the end, there are numerous pot shops and this one should be avoided at all costs.

Unhelpful staff, poor selection and a bad return policy

The Belleville location of this store was really great when it opened. Unfortunately, the customer service and selection have gone down hill at a rapid pace. There are numerous employees who are just rude. They are not interested in helping you. I was sold a product and told it was kief coated. The employee was annoyed that I even asked. When I get home I see that it isn't kief coated.
I inquired when I went back in about a refund or exchange. The product was not open and I have the receipt. Was told they only return defective product. This employee today acts like he knows everything, but couldn't intelligently answer any questions about a refund and he took it personally.
Really disappointed.

Hello hey

Hello hey, hi, I've been going to canna cabana for years now. I am deeply disturbed by my last purchased on July 27 ,2025. They actually gave me shatter that was packed on Dec 5, 2024 I feel so disrespected it angers me inside. They know what they did,keeping old materials over date. I think that is some what illegal to sell out date products. You have my 21$ but lost a loyal customer..... I wish no success on your business rude and not trustworthy (falcon ridge) location.

NOT GOOD FOR PEOPLE THAT BUY FOR MEDICAL NEEDS

elite member

all the bad reviews are correct. I am an elite member and was told not to worry about my renew date as i would be notified by staff. to my embarassment in line was told your membership has expired a few days ago.i asked if they could do the elite sale tonight and the manager said no. this is not good for business . very poor decision as ill take my business elseware.

Corporate chooses to have staff insult customers.

Constantly out of stock. On top of that, corporate maes them ID every single person that walks through the door. I've been a devout customer for more than 3 years, know the staff, and am almost 50 years old, yet the staff, apologetically checks my ID every damn time I go there. I will not be returning.

Inventory issues

They're website inventory is never accurate to what is actually avaliable in any store. Very frustrating to get to the store and be told we don't have that. I don't have issues with other pot stores online inventory. Get it together Canna Cabana.

60+ email thread chain, still unresolved.

60+ email thread chain, couldn't use elite membership for almost the entire time and agents and managers are useless just pretending to resolve but do nothing for almost a year and can't figure out issues like this as if it's rocket science. Like many others have said day far away, as they will steal your time and money. Especially agent Lewis Clark who gatekeeps manager requests as if their life depends on it. Aug 2024 and the issue of compensation for the time I couldn't use the $30 elite membership...again it's principle not cost. Absolutely the worst customer service agents and company.

So once again angry elite member

So once again, I’m very disappointed in the Canna cabana and Martensville. I am an elite member for the past two years and I showed up there at 6:45 PM and they’re supposed to be open till seven and I knocked on the door and I was told we’re closed. I said actually it’s only 647 open the door and nobody open the door..

I’ve been going to Canna cabana since…

I’ve been going to Canna cabana since they opened really liked going to the store but the last year or so their website has nothing but lies when you get to the store. The product on the website is always sold out when it says they have 10 and 12 in stock And I do not like their new policy to pay for a membership just to get good quality weed if you do not pay for a membership, you have to buy the rest of the garbage they sell for this reason I will never return to their store again unless they do away with their membership charge I’ve never seen anything so greedy and ridiculous in my life And it’s terrible about all the bad reviews. You read on them about this membership and the way they treat their employees.

I’ve been a repeat customer of theirs…

I’ve been a repeat customer of theirs for years. I’ve seen many products come and go, favourites of mine. Finally I find a decent deal for 2 x 1g pre rolls. They were around $9. Then they started to jack up the price , over $11. BUT if you get the elite, you can get them at their regular price. So they sucked me in. For the first two weeks, I couldn’t find my favorite. Always said ‘we didn’t get any’.

Finally after 3 weeks, I got some. Went back a few days later, same damn thing. They’re out! Unbelievable.

I started giving my business to bluebird. As their price is $8.99 for the same without any membership. And imagine I got the elite thru canna at the end of March. Barely been able to use it to its full potential.

I will never step foot in that place again. Staff are nice but the management, they don’t care. Stay away from elite. It isn’t worth it.

Oh and I put in a complaint to canna. Do you think I ever got a response? Nope!

I’d really like my money back from canna for the elite program but highly doubt they will. Greedy company.
