TRY NUMO INSTEAD!!! THEY DELIVER.
My online experience with Canna Cabana is nothing but a nightmare. This company takes your money but doesn't send you the goods. Their system is so bad it charges the client, sends the request to the courier but doesn't send it to the store. After two days of trying to get my order and finally requesting a refund they CHARGED my account. I'm now informed it will take a day or two to refund my money.

Lowest prices

Lowest prices, not at all. Price matches, only if store is 5 k away. Told prices in all stores the same. Not even close. Product is 6 dollars different in .most locations. Will update with Produce prices from different stores shortly

My last negative experience was not the…

My last negative experience was not the first one but this time we were sold an empty Tweed pack of 10 prerolls. On contacting Canna Cabana on Jasper Avenue and 102 Street we were told to contact the manufacturer which says on their phone system to contact the retailer. The manager so far is not available and this has not been resolved. Update...The employees refuse to pay me back or replace the product. They finally said they would over the phone after many refusals and then in store made a lame excuse not to because they saw dust. There was no dust when I put the receipt in the container to take to the store. Do not shop at Canna Cabana unless you want to be ripped off! I don't know who in the company smoked those 10 joints or if it was a blank but either way they kept my money. Swindlers and scam artists! And I see in review that I am not the only customer they have ripped off with an empty package.

I miss New Leaf Cannabis Canna Cabana sucks the best weed is on Elite Pay to buy certain products is highway robbery get rid of the elite program who tells you you can’t buy product and telling to go to a different store for weed Space Race is awesome and never available for sale keep telling me I can’t buy product I’m never ever coming back to Canna Cabana ever again

Called the store before placing an…

Called the store before placing an order to confirm it was in stock. placed the online order for that product and then looked up to see if another product was in stock and their website confirmed they had it in stock. so drove 45 mins to find out my order that i placed online and paid for they didn't even carry, and they were all out of stock of the other brand. they didn't issue me my money back at the store they told me to cancel it , well i cannot find my order on their website ( says coming improvements ) so I'm unable to cancel my order for a refund nor get my order now. so now I'm down my time, my gas $ and ,my purchase $. thanks for one of the worst experience with a dispensary I've ever had...and i even called them, wont ever return.

Unresponsive website, no feedback, bad experience

Links withing their website become unresponsive. When I attempted to leave feedback(which I seriously think is just a joke) the text box is completely unresponsive. If your website bothers me I will never visit your store. I'm now looking at Torontovaporizer.ca for my vape. Shopping for weed stuff should Never be frustrating. It should be fun. You guys soured my experience this time.

The new location in Winnipeg at river and Osborne.
Other locations dont ask for my identification.
Unfortunately i only had my interac and they refused to sell.
So i went across the street to my usual delta 9. And made my purchase there.

Got a membership, one that actually worked?

Visited the Bonneyville location in AB. Purchased an elite membership. What a farce. They don’t tell customers that they have huge issues with age verification software. Took the Alberta group two weeks to respond with a come clean email on my shared terrible experience. The local shop was either oblivious to the issue or intentionally withheld it. They seemed very authentic. Perhaps HQ should fill them in on the widespread issue.Fortunately the corporate office got me access, albeit a cumbersome one, about 9 days previously. With this degree of customer disservice the company needs to shut registration down until it gets up to industry verification standards. It was a horrible experience and I will definitely not renew a membership. ,

On April 4 Canna Cabana Cannabis

On April 4, 2023 I purchased online $45.13, for pickup, I went to pick up and Adam said he cannot find my order, even though my credit card statement shows their company received the money, named them and location, the staff Adam then said that he needed the card number so that he can give it to the manager so she can find the transaction to release the funds so that I can get my order, he said that she will call me the next day just after noon. Then at 4:16 am on April 5, 2023, my credit card was fraudulently used for $89.75 while I was asleep, the only person I give my card number to is Adam the employee who said that he needed the number to give his manager to find my transaction that I paid for and have not received. I received no call from the manager as promised, I then called and a female answered, I asked to get on to the owner, she refused to answer and continued to say can I help you, despite I requested the reason for my call, she then hung up the phone on me. I called back and no one answered and the voicemail said it's not set up, yes a business with no working voicemail, then in the evening, I received a call from Adam, not the manager as promised, not to give me my order, not to apologize, not to discuss where my money is, but to ask me if I wanted to pay a second time for the same order that I already paid for and have not received, the irony. To date, still no call and no order and my money is gone and they turned around and stole from my credit card and really thought that they were going to get away with it, I blocked the card, filed a police report, and contacted the bank to launch an investigation with the fraud department. The company where the card was used, both emails and the phone number does not work. However, the card has a serial number and location address, which they won't know and the mailing address to where the person has had the delivery. They will be caught!!!!!, Thieves, do not use this company and do not use your credit card online with this company, they're thieves, when I asked Adam who had access to my card information, he said "only the staff here", I told him that one of them used my credit card fraudulently, he did not respond and just trying to sell me stuff despite having my money. They stole from the wrong customer.
